A huge amount of time and research went into writing this book. I'm impressed how Dan provides solid and irrefutable proof to the corruption of the FBI, the Obama administration, the DNC and Clinton campaign, and the fake Steele dossier etc. He manages to do this by using actual statements by the perpetrators themselves, either intercepted or recorded during congressional hearings. He also cites reports provided by the very same media outlets themselves who were in bed with the Clinton campaign that help contradict the entire Trump-collusion narrative. Finally, Dan lays out the REAL scandal as it happened under the watch of the Justice Department, the DNC, the FBI, and the Clinton campaign.

OH My God! It was FBI incompetence. If you only read 1 book about this story, this is IT! They recycled a 2007 story by Glenn Simpson which went nowhere at the time, even debunked by the NYT. The cause for an investigation? Spam email from a server not even owned by Trump, but a company in Trump tower to Russian company, seeking their business. THAT is the "Russian Collusion". Mueller's job is to protect the idiots at the FBI by leaking facts so slowly, everyone forgets about it. Story sold to Clinton who was looking for dirt on Trump. It is then used as as FISA warrant cause to spy on her competition. She KNEW it was thoroughly debunked, but needed a bigger load of crap to dump on Trump b/c women/prostitute junk wasn't sticking. Thought he'd never be elected & it'd all go away. So FBI covered for her in order to save their own rears. Cant make this stuff up. The whole thing was based on Junk Email. Must Read!

I waited until after the Mueller report was out to read this, mainly just wanting to compare Bongino's analysis to Mueller's final conclusions. All things said and done, the book holds up and validates the "Russian Hoax" narrative so frequently pushed by the president. It's a bit boring at times, and there's a lot of long foreign names that can be hard to keep track of, but overall Bongino does an impressive job presenting an immense amount of data, and then simplifying everything down to dates and brief summaries to make a simple timeline of events.
The main strength of the book is found in the words of the characters themselves. Bongino's entire case rests on quotes and events that are easily researched and verified on google via multiple sources. While it is no doubt upsetting to anyone fiercely against Trump, it should be even more upsetting to anyone who cares about the rule of law. If the "deep state" really exists and can target anyone they want for any reason, your constitutional rights amount to nothing.

If you've made it this far, then chances are you've been exposed to the mainstream news and their side of this story.
I would recommend first looking at the other reviews of this book, one in particular that rates a single star and then goes on the warpath about all other user reviews - labelling us as Russian trolls and such.
Look beneath the accusations levelled - look at the people's accounts and find none of the accusations hold water.
After reading this book you might feel the same way about the mainstream medias side of the Russian scandal - but obviously the most important thing here is that you consider both sides and make up your own mind.

Very detailed account of the corruption that has occurred in DC. No stone goes unturned!
Spygate provides an excellent account of the corruption that has been occurring over the past few years to affect the outcome of the 2016 US presidential election, and then to justify the impeachment of President Trump. It includes a timeline of events, as well as the names and descriptions of the many players involved. Once you read it, it will be obvious why the DC swamp is in dire need of draining.

Dan is a competent investigator and narrator. His perspective and acumen has led him to this point in his life. This book reveals evidence ignored by DOJ and MSM. It is an important text that any consumer of political news should read. We harm ourselves if we do not pay attention to the information Mr. Bongino provides clearly in this book.

I can't recommend this book enough. Whether you are for or against the president, knowing this material will prove very informative. For anyone still believing in the Russian collusion narrative, please read this before further comment! I also highly recommend Dan Bongino's daily podcast!

I had confided in friends that I can't figure out the Russian collusion story... I can't keep the names and accusations straight... I can only skim the headlines and news stories before I give up in frustration. I announced I would wait until it's all over, and then read a history book about the scandal. Well, the scandal is not quite history yet, but the excellent reviews for the book (not the title, or blurbs on the book jacket) enticed me to finally educate myself.
The book is divided into three parts:
"Part 1: Making of the Trump-Russia Collusion Narrative" 96 pages
"Part 2: The Investigations" 70 pages
"Part 3: The Real Story" 26 pages
I recommend reading the last paragraph of Part 3 first: "The media and political class chose to believe Donald Trump was a madman..." Understandable. So did I. Finish reading the paragraph, and then read the entire Part 3, for a summary of how so many elite patriots enlisted in the cause to stop Trump, by joining the best crusade available for that cause . A case is made that the crusade was a witch-hunt: read Part 1 and Part 2 for detailed timeline and evidence.

I listen to Dan Bongino's podcast so I was already familiar with a lot of the info in the book but there's more info in the book, stuff that he hasn't talked about the podcast. I listened to the audio version (narrated by Bongino) and while it was a lot of info, it was done in a way that didn't bore me and kept me engaged. Would definitely recommend it for those that want to find out what parts of our Government has been getting away with.

Dan Bongino, a former investigator for the Secret Service and Congressional candidate, covers every aspect of the so-called Russia Collusion / Spygate scandal including Manafort, Papadopoulos, Mifsud, Downer, Halper, the Steele Dossier, the Investigation, through the ongoing Special Council Probe. It's complete with the timeline, a listing of all the media leaks, and a chart of the relationships between the actors. The book weaves together the publicly known published articles from reputable sources and concludes with the only possible narrative that can tie them all together. I have been reading a lot and have been keeping up with the details surrounding the unfolding story. It contains a lot of material I did not know before. If you want a historically correct account of the scandal and know what really happened, this is the book to read.

Bongino breaks down in great detail the "Russian Collusion" investigation of President Donald Trump. This book is replete with references and quotes that can be confirmed. This book sadly shows the bias that this country has and how a party has gone out of their way to go after a President that was duly elected and sworn in and have challenged his legitimacy as POTUS.
Full Disclosure: If President Trump is guilty of impeachable actions, he should be impeached. Similarly, if he has committed actual crimes, he too should be prosecuted and serve time if necessary. However by the same token, so should Obama, Clinton, the Bidens, and all other that have been guilty. The "FACT" is that Obama used a fake name and email to communicate with Hillary Clinton on her private email domain. This shows intent by Obama and Clinton. They subpoenaed her server and she purposely wiped the data to DOD standards so as not to be able to recover the data. Anyone else would have been convicted immediately and would have already been in prison. It is also a fact that if anyone had the experience, ideology and political power to benefit Russia it is by far Hillary Clinton. The Clintons received millions of dollars via their Clinton Foundation from very rich and powerful Russian business men.
Additionally disturbing is that the FBI took the word of CrowdStrike and did not actually do any investigation to corroborate anything they provided in their report. I can tell you from first hand experience that even the FBI's actions during a forensic investigation can and have been blown out of the water for inconsistencies and problematic "results". I, myself have testified against the FBI and Secret Service and have had then reverse themselves on testimony and investigation techniques they made. And I do not consider myself an expert compared to many others that have come before and have followed me in that role.
If you look at what Russia has "gotten" from a Trump presidency pales in comparison to what they got under Obama with a Clinton Secretary of State. Uranium one benefited Russia in a huge, ginormous way and subsequently, Bill Clinton was give money for speeches and monies to the Clinton Foundation.
What I find funny (not in a ha ha funny way, but a hmmmm way) that during the Starr special council investigation of Clinton, the Democratic Party was offended by his teams investigation even though there was blatant proof of his and her guilt. Now these same Democrats are doing more and worst with Trump. Don't get me wrong, I don't know if Trump is guilty or not, but as the writing of this blog, the most we have seen as a prosecution under "Logan's Act" which was around in the 1700's and only 3 people have been prosecuted under it heretofore. Another thing, during the debates between Clinton and President Trump, the media went wild when then candidate Trump said he would not accept the results of the election because of the shenanigans going on with the Democratic Party. The media accused him for "challenging the fabric of this country" then, after he wins, the entire Democratic party "challenges the fabric of this country".
The book is short, but full of interesting facts and quotes. Read it and judge for yourself. I am not claiming Trump's innocence, but if he is guilty, then man-o-man is there a bunch of people that need to go to jail. Personally, I think it is the best thing that can happen. I think once the politicians see that the people are not going to put up with law breakers at any level, and by any party, maybe then this insanity will stop in D.C. We need to make these politicians accountable; that means even if they are from "your side". This is why I love Ron Paul so much. Even as a Republican, he would stand up anywhere and lambast the Republicans when it was necessary and of course the Democrats as well. There were no safe parties with him.

I just 'read' "Spygate: The Attempted Sabotage of Donald J. Trump" by Dan Bongino. Makes one angry! There is every reason to believe that there was a concerted conspiracy to sedition between Obama, Hillary, Mueller, Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein & others to derail the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. "Collusion" is not a crime. But conspiracy to sedition is a crime! And because it is a continuing conspiracy it keeps the statute of limitations open for all of it, going back years! I want to see prosecutions!
According to Bongino, the international conspiracy was between Ukrainian operatives, who believed Hillary Clinton would be a better choice for them, and Americans who supported Clinton. The Russians meddled in our elective process, but they didn't care who won. Russian's intent was to muddy the waters and cast disrepute on our election process.
Actually, I didn't 'read' it, I listened to it on a Audible Book. This is the first successful 'talkie' book for me. The first I tried was "The Argonautica" by Apollonius around 1985. I planned to listen while commuting back & forth to Stamford Connecticut. I found I could not listen to heroic poetry and drive at the same time!
The next I tried was "The Conservative Manifesto" by Charles C. W. Cooke, 2015. It was just too dry. I never did finish it. (I've since re-started it!)
"Spygate" was much more conversational in tone and I could follow it like talk radio. I don't retain as much from an Audible book as when I read it. I read slowly, and retain about 90% of what I read. I got through this much faster but only retained about 30%. maybe.
I recommend "Spygate" especially if you are one of those people who thinks of The New York Times, The Washington Post and Rachel Maddow as "THEE TRUTH." You might be shocked!

The Russians meddled in our elective process, but they didn't care who won. Russian's intent was to muddy the waters and cast disrepute on our election process.
Actually, I didn't 'read' it, I listened to it on a Audible Book. This is the first successful 'talkie' book for me. The first I tried was "The Argonautica" by Apollonius around 1985. I planned to listen while commuting back & forth to Stamford Connecticut. I found I could not listen to heroic poetry and drive at the same time!

In the light of current events, this book is right on the money. Every point is backed up with meticulous footnotes and the premise has been proven correct. As our government persues the travesty that has been perpetrated by the hate-filled enemies of our president, reading this book will help it all make sense. Very informative and well documented. The book lays out the spying scandal. The Obama administrations was spying on opposition candidates. When they realized Trump was going to win the administration started a cover up. Mueller is the cleanup man.

All this information that is available and no arrests of the guilty parties is unbelievable. The investigation was illegal from the start and the only thing coming out is arrested unrelated to collusion or obstruction.

First, in connection to this customer review of this remarkable publication by Dan Bongino, I really need to get this off my chest in that I need to remind the reader that Robert Mueller, the person is in charge of this “claimed Russian Collusion investigation”, is the same Robert Mueller who claimed on LIVE national television via the main stream media (MSM), the FBI had no forewarning about what would eventually happen on 9/11. However, there’s a report from Congress most Americans still have no clue about that tells you a different story.
"With all the distractions of terror and war, [few Americans realize] that in 2002, a Congressional Joint Inquiry was formed to investigate the 9/11 attack. The investigation was an unprecedented act by the U.S. congress. Never before had the two permanent intelligence oversight committees, one from the House and One from the Senate, collaborated on an investigation."(Philip Marshall).
That report is known as the Joint Inquire Into Intelligence Community Activities Before and After the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001 (Volume One), not to be confused with the 9/11 Commission report, published a couple of years later, in 2004.
Specifically, Congress told you something important yet MSM failed to inform you about the precise elements regarding the leadership of the FBI & Intel community where as these leadership elements from our government failed all of us. It’s the same thing about the OIG report into Clinton Email investigation or even the AARB report! Why is that?
For an additional document from Congress revealing the historical pattern from the leadership of the FBI, I can also recommend the publication from the Church Committee, The FBI, COINTELPRO and Martin Luther King, Jr: Final Report of the Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities.

It’s been pointed out by some historians/authors that it generally takes about 50 years for the citizen’s of that nation to discover the possible criminal conduct that might have been allowed to have happen, from our leaders in times past. I would agree as I am a example because it took me about 50 years to say I now understand what happened to JFK, Why He Died and Why It Matters. (James W. Douglass)
In my opinion, I think it’s important for the emotionally intelligent American to recognize what really happened in 1963 where as that tragic event has directly influenced on what we see in our government today( and how the MSM has failed to report the facts of the matter to you). I can point out that we’ve all been blessed in that we now have access to the technology/information to where even a everyday average person can turn off that television, sit down and do their own research in that I can now say that I’ve cut down that 50 year time span to discover [what are State Crimes Against Democracy] within just a few short months and that discovery wasn’t helped by the controlled main stream media, but rather by reading important publications like this one…that I happen to find on the internet.
With that observation, I think an additional quote from a different author I discovered on the internet is appropriate to share as it helps to present my justification on why I am most strongly recommending this book to aid you in the discovery of what are State Crimes against Democracy (SCAD).

Specifically, there’s been an ongoing coup attempt in this nation and most regretfully, this criminal act has not been reported by the MSM. The investigation started innocently enough. Alexandra Chalupa and others were concerned about Manafort's influence on behalf of Russia-backed politicos in Ukraine. Obama's people and the Clinton campaign saw in it a way to smear Trump. The book chronicles those efforts and names a lot of the players involved. Details abound but the author's speeches on youtube give a good overall picture.

Dan does a great job of setting up the background to the start of Spygate. At times, it can be hard to follow, and this is only because there are many actors with many common connections that all had the same goal of keep President Trump out of office. The third part of the book does an excellent job of recapping the book in an understandable format.
The best part is, the entire book is sourced from multiple sources across many different sites. At the end of the day, you can do your own research on it with the amount information provided in this book.

This was written by a former Secret Service agent and NYPD police officer offering a detailed account of how political operatives and opportunists orchestrated a case against President Trump. There is an intricate breakdown of the story as well as detailed timeline. Significant bibliography as well as charts, tables and list of media leaks.

Just the facts please.
This book is a long and detailed read. The whole thing is laid out like a report with facts that are backed up with tangible evidence. It is refreshing to have actual evidence presented and not just opinions and anonymous sources. This book names names, gives dates, shows you where you can find documents and old news reports (via the foot notes) so you can look this information up yourself. The authors did a great job of keeping their opinions to themselves and just presented the fact based evidence, leaving you to form your own opinion. It fits together most of the puzzle pieces to the Russian collusion saga to form a picture that actually makes sense. The research that went into this book in extensive. Even if you think you already have a good grasp on this story I would still suggest reading through this book. It is interesting to see some of the stories and documents the media has reported on but even more interesting to read what the media isn’t reporting on. I believe every American should get their hands on a copy. Even if you don’t read the whole thing, flip to the back and read the detailed timeline. If that peeks your interest and you wanna dig deeper the book will not disappoint.

This is an account of people and documented dates who associate with foul play during the 2016 election of Donald Trump as President of the United States of America. We are living in a very weird time of American politics. While I have never trusted the government, what is happening right now seals the deal. The political divide is huge and getting bigger.
This book is incredibly well researched and meticulously put together to untangle the mess involving people who's names anyone who has been watching the news for the last four years have been constantly hearing. While Bongino is obviously biased in the way he tells his story, one cannot ignore the facts. The American public has been spoon fed bullshit every day by almost every media outlet in order to tell a story that is designed to cast a permanent pall on our current President.
While I personally am not a huge fan of Trump, the frenzied fervor of the "opposition" is both shocking and terrifying. As this impeachment moves forward, the divide will be further exposed as both parties vote along party lines and the distrust of the left for right (and vice versa) will become even greater. I'm not real sure what is going to happen in the years to come, but i don't think it's going to be good, and we will look back and see that it was fueled by the hatred of Trump and the willingness to be led by a biased media based on dislike alone. Its disgusting.

Well documented account of an incredibly confusing and twisted attempt by government agencies in the Obama administration to undermine, discredit and hopefully delegitimize the Trump election and presidency. Dan Bongino lays out in a well organized manner, the incredible corruption and underhanded behavior by top management in the DOJ, FBI, CIA and so many others. With media going right along with the scheme, it is not surprising that this information has been hidden from so many Americans.
