Turn to any page and you'll find something helpful. I wasn't too pleased when I did that, though, and was presented with "do the dishes."

Do yoga, figure out what chakras are, walk in nature, envision yourself bathed in various colors of light. That about covers the whole book. Very repetitive.

Another 2 1/2 star one that I started months ago and finally finished! This had some good advice, but upon learning it was a compilation from several books, I understood why it was such a challenge. There was no “voice” to the writing, no one author to connect to. Also, the suggestions all seemed to be variations on “breathe,” “do yoga,” or “go be in nature.” Great advice, of course, just dry and repetitive.
