I loved it.
The exclusive hotelier`s guide: upsell yourself and succeed in a high occupancy job market.📚 written by a strong woman.
At first sight, basically, it looks like a guide about the hotel businesses and of course the main purpose of the book 📖 is the same, but the reader could end up this book with lots of knowledge about "any" business, a storm of motivation and the foolproof plan to get succeed.
"I would recommend this book for all the entrepreneurs. " who want to start any sort of business or startup, must read the book.
And if starting a hotel business, one must add the 13 years of experience of the author.
I admire the point that who you are, from where you are, what is your past doesn't matter in the path of your success.
The author shared her own story of becoming a businesswoman, About her journey and her family. This could help the reader to relate to the story better.
Mona explained how she could become a sought-after hotelier in the industry, by being daring and not giving excuses. This book helps to understand how playing blame games would affect your success and eventually lead to failure.💚

The book " Beat The Odds " penned down by the author Mona Abdulla AlHebsi is a non fictional book which will share you tried and tested methods to be followed in order to achieve great career success. This is basically a guide book based on the author's 13 years of experience, lessons learnt in her career journey. The author also highlights the importance of staying unique and how it will make you different from the rest in the industry. In the beginning, she talks about herself and introduces the readers to all the people who somewhere played great role in her journey. There are touching and inspiring quotes at the beginning of every chapter related to the topics discussed. Despite all the hurdles that life had offered in Mona's way, she has successfully overcomed them all. She is a real life inspiring for millions of people around. At the end of the book, the author has shared around twenty book recommendations that had highly enlightened her. Turn the pages to explore this intriguing read in detail. The language is rich and the fast-paced writing style makes it easy for the readers to understand. It took me around few hours to complete these 227 pages. The narration done is smooth and very well crafted. I hardly thought that this book would be so amazing. The cover is well depicted and the tittle looks perfectly gorgeous. Throughout the book, the author has added colourful pictures which doesn't let the readers lose interest or get bored. I would highly recommend this book to each and everyone reading this review. In all honestly at least once in our life we have dreamed of going on a luxurious vacation. Beautiful destinations, amazing sights, exotic delicacies and most importantly luxurious hotel stay. For some this dream goes far long. In this developing century Hotel Management is as prominent career path as MBA, Engineering, Doctor or Lawyer. One such career is being a Hotelier. To keep a place well maintained with the best service is not easy and thats why author Mona Alhebsi dedicates this book for those Hotelier's who give their best service always.
No path comes with a clear picture. To reach to a certain destination we must do our best. But as much as hardwork is appreciated smart work makes it easier and tolerable during hard times. With adequate experience author provides the current generation of Hoteliers with advises and tips to reach to a successful point.
Behind a perfect working persona comes a lot of mistakes and corrections only after that we learn amd find new ways to avoid the same mistakes. Which is why author adds a lot of her own experiences while working in this industry. With the addition of important principles she lived by and lastly few exercises readers should practice in order to get a better understanding.
If you or an individual you know are a part of hospitality industry I would recommend you give this book a try.It is better to be fully prepared in a battle than reap the consequences.

She has shared her inspirational journey in which she never gave up despite of all the challenges. She talks about the people who played an important role in her life.She has also shared some books which helped her. She has given successfully outcomes even in the most difficult situations without giving excuses even where there was lot of competition.There's a lot to learn from her.The author has also answered many questions with her experience which can help a lot of readers.
The writing style and narration of the author is really smooth.
