This book was a concise and informative guide for trying a carnivore diet. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. A pdf was provided with the recipes which was very convenient. It was a short and easy read.
This is a great book for someone Interested in trying the Carnivore diet. She has great suggestion, great recipes she lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. She shows you the different options you can have. I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.
This book reads like a blog post that the author just kept adding to instead of editing. I hoped the book would be filled with research, information about traditional diets, or at least something more useful than the author's premise that for now it is working for her. If you are really curious about carnivore eating, read the original works by Stefansson and Weston A. Price (traditional diets), and information about the Inuit and Massai. Don't waste your time with this unless you enjoy wasting time.
I got this book before deciding to try the carnivore approach to keto and fasting. After making the decision to try this way of eating, I read it again with more attention and intention. It's full of information, simple recipes and practical advice. It was great to hear the author talk of being vegan and then migrating to Carnivore. She gives her personal experiences of the pros of eating carnivore. I like how she talks of other famous people like Dr. Shawn Baker, Orthopaedic surgeon who wrote a book on The Carnivore Diet, which is the first book I read and how I got started eating this way. and Dr. Georgia Ede. Great overview on how to get started, she gives recipes and discusses her health benefits of eating this way.
I found this to be a fast and educational read. The author is honest and straight forward to the reader. Plenty of helpful information and websites for additional reading.

A good introduction to the carnivore diet written by a recovering vegan. There isn't much scientific data in the book but there are plenty of links and resources if so inclined. About a third of the book includes very easy recipes which should be easy since you're limited to meat, dairy and eggs.
