I learned that pillbugs live in damp places. I also learned that pillbug babies hatch in the mother's belly. that pillbugs need water to survive.

I may be partial to pillbugs, I admit and I'm DEFINITELY partial to this "Bug Books" series of beginning readers. This title was one of my favorites with the usual depth of information presented in a kid-friendly way with glossary, index, etc.
