Book two of this series once again had my favorite character - Geri!!!! Gauge is another troubled brother struggling to find his place in the world of the shifters. I really enjoyed his interactions with Aniyah. She was a stronger female character that I enjoyed reading about. I am still not sure I like the way that the brothers seem to get their mates and then run off to fight some of their demons alone. But now that I have come this far, I must read the last book.

Gerri Wilder of the Paranormal Dating Agency studied Gauge Reed from her chair. He needed a mate and he was getting desperate. She questioned his reasons for wanting a mate. If he did not believe in life-lasting bonds and happily-ever-afters, then he was in the wrong place. A mate should not be merely for redeeming his dignity with his family members. The Whitetide Streak lacked heirs, but that wasn’t a good enough reason either. He finally figured out that his tiger was lonely and he truly wanted a mate – that was the answer she was looking for. But, when he referred to the woman she suggested who had many failed matches from other agencies as her “reject”, she set him straight and stomped out of the room, unhappy with his attitude.
When her strawberry rosewater fondant didn’t come out right, pastry chef Aniyah Evans found she didn’t have enough of the special rosewater ingredient to start over. Ron’s General Store, the only place that carried the kind she needed, was an hour’s drive and it was just about closing time. She called and Ron agreed to wait for her. She raced toward the store, the darkness heavy once she reached the rural area. She saw two tiny specks of light heading toward her – a bicyclist she presumed – and she slammed the brakes as she heard something hit. She got out of the car, but could not find the rider or the bike anywhere. She turned to leave, when a painful grip on her arm and a low growl stopped her. She broke loose and something else that looked like a big dog or wolf landed on the hood of the car then jumped off. The man blocking her car door threatened to rip her apart. Now dozens of glowing lights appeared behind her as she drove off rapidly.
Aniyah made it to the store and ran to Ron on the front porch. But it was not Ron! She turned to run, but the wolves had caught up to her. As she backed away from the wolf leader, his eyes focused behind her – a tiger leapt onto the hood of her car, then jumped on the now-shifted wolf and they fought. With impossible ease, the tiger threw the wolf into a tree and the pack left, dragging their leader behind. Tapping on her car window, the man from the porch asked if she was okay. HE was the tiger! He identified himself as Gauge and had been told to meet her here! Unfortunately, her being there put her inadvertently in the middle of a war between the Dessar wolves and the Whitetide Streak of tigers. Was she in danger now? Would Gauge and she become mates? Or would she try to distance herself from the battle that was moving closer?
This was a good story that I enjoyed reading. Two characters with shaky confidence in their search to find love, but in the hands of the Paranormal Dating Agency, it seems even hopeless situations can be turned around! Gerri Wilder is a fun character the reader will love! And the story line is a good one, well-paced and full of suspense. Grab your copy and enjoy the search for love and honor!

Quick read!
This was a story that overall fits this Kindle World. It is the second story that I have read by this author. While I do like the storyline, I just do not care for these brothers that span this group of books. I feel like I am missing something in their back story. They have many traits that just do not appeal to me. But you may enjoy them, and you may also pick up on what I seem to miss in the storyline.

This story is short, fast paced and a sweet read. I read this book within half an hour and wasn’t once bored. I really liked Gauge. I liked that he was ready to meet his mate and settle down, hence his visit to Gerri wilder.
I liked Aniyah. She didn’t push Gauge away once. She wanted him and stood by him despite the dangerous situation he was in. They made a cute couple and I was glad that Gauge got to be alpha. Aniyah gave him the confidence to fight for what he wanted and believed in.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is a nice read.

I completely forgot about these brothers. I had always thought Gauge was the bad guy from the first book, but now this explains it all. I'm glad he took leadership of the pack, his brother is crazy. Aniyah was the perfect mate for him and she got everything he could ever want.

Love this series

Cute Story
It was hard for me to decide how to rate this story. I loved the idea and the storyline itself, I just had some issues with the details. I felt a little confused at what was happening in the beginning of the story when she was heading to the store. The details seemed a little choppy in places.
Then it was like everything was rushed, I am still a little confused about the family dynamics. You don't really get to learn exactly what Gauge did, or why Diesel left. Would have liked more info on him.
I just thought it needed a little more information with everything, but it was still a good storyline which was why I didn't give it a 1 star.

Great book
The second book and is Gauge and Aniyahs story. We met Gauge in book one and he wasn't the greatest, but now he's trying to turn things around and one of those is by finding his mate. At first he thinks he just wants that so he can challenge his brother for alpha again but learns a mate is something he really does want. Good book

This story has drama all the way through as Gauge and Aniyah had to fight to stay together and then stay alive. I enjoyed the way that it fits into both the Whitetide Streak as well as the Paranormal Dating Agency series. There was a lot of drama and excitement in this story and I loved that Aniyah was strong and very clever and so enhanced the skills that Gauge had so that they were a great tiger and his mate. Well written and easy to read. Contains some sexual content.

This was sooo BAD!!!!
This had Insta-love, a h who ran (not jumped) into bed with the H, and comedy drama. I basically skipped through 1/2 the book. So disappointing.
