Have you ever had baby fever? I do. And if I don’t have a living child by midnight of the day that I turn 30 years old, I’ll die.
As the prince of Ganamarsia, I have a duty to my people. Long ago, someone cursed the royal line so that the heir would die if they did not fulfill their obligation to their people after a civil war nearly tore the planet apart.
My two wingmen, closer to me than brothers, swear that they will die, too, if I perish. All three of us will die if I do not have an heir. Soon.
I’ve been presented with every eligible female on this planet. I’ve traveled the galaxy to find a suitable mate and found nobody who could possibly be our mate. Until a small, curvy human from Earth arrives on a small spaceship.
Love at first sight. I thought it was a myth. I thought it was a fairy tale. Until it happened to us. Now we’ll stop at nothing to convince her - that she’s ours.
The Prince of Ganamarsia needs a mate and they need to have had a child before his 30th birthday or he'll die. He also has to close friends who are like brothers so him and so together they form a triad. In desperation, after looking at every female on their planet as well as some others, they turn to Gerri Wilder of the Paranormal Dating Agency and she sends them a mate in a small shuttle. So soon as she arrives they know she is the right one, but can they persuade her that she is theirs and that she needs to stay?
There were parts of this book that had promise, but they were never expanded upon so that I could not connect them into the rest of the book. I could understand who the bad guys were but not why they were like that (did they think they were right for the triad and not the woman from Earth, had they made a deal in order to take control, was there another reason?) and then also what happened between the end of the problem (were the bad guys jailed, banished or executed), then what happened at the end (how did the pregnancy go, how did she settle into the role, did Gerri ever visit them). I have so many questions. As much as I love the PDA series, give this one a miss.
My biggest con..inconsistency. Why I'm every other PDA book they travel through some sort of time vortex. But this one is some overdrawn shuttle trip and train station??? I felt no connection to any of these characters. No explain of the plants manage customs, what type of relationship do the guys have to each other. No development about Flavia and the cousin the Duke . Just boom an attack. No flow at all. Day two she is just wrapping her head around committing to all the three. Day three suddenly she is calling them her Judd and naming the May babies. Ugh I was done at that point and stopped reading.. How I wrote this review is how this story read. All over the place without connecting one scene to the previous or next one. Next time go for a longer draft to avoid the rushed and incomplete characters and storyline .
... Honestly, this was a terrible story that didn't live up to the expectation an avid reader of the PDA series would expect. The story line seemed to be all over the place. I really didn't feel any kind of connection between Anna and the Prince. But yet, when the palace is under attack she is all of a sudden claiming how much she loves her three men...?!? Speaking of palace under attack...I have no idea where the author planned to take this, but it was never resolved. Anna makes some pretty bold accusations against Flavia and Quintus' cousin, the Duke, but like I said that's all there is...there's no resolution. All in all, I didn't care for this story. It don't feel it added anything to the PDA series and most certainly didn't live up to my expectations.
The story was too short to delivery a good plot. I enjoyed how firery Anna was but the relationships between the three dragons was weird, for sharing a mate Laur and Anton sure didn't seem comfortable disagreeing with Quintus I expected that behind closed doors they would be able to express themselves with the prince. Also no resolution on the bombing and Flavia. Anna made a bold accusations but the author never followed up with. A whole year goes by then we pick up again and their relationship is magically better. This story was way too rushed. No return of Gerri to save the day and call out the shifters...
I really like the idea of where the story was going. I loved the drama that was coming from the Prince with his assuming that his human mate would just bow down too him. I even loved the drama that was added when it came to having a enemy.
But once the enemy appeared it started to get a little confusing. You mentioned children names for children that were not even in the story. The whole mating and queen things were just all thrown together and even though I was able to follow it was confusing.
I was disappointed in this novella. It didn’t seem to fit with the others in the series. It moved too quickly past the challenges of finding yourself in a foreign world and expected to be a princess let alone a mate to three men. There was no resolution to the “bad guy” in the book and the story arc moved way too quickly. I never did like the Prince. There was some jealousy between the guys which didn’t seem resolved either.
Okay story but really bad editing about half way through. The main character states taking about children ages ashtray buried without getting pregnant then talks as if events that happened never happened!!! Though the overall story was good the editing made this a bad read. I love the PDA world but this one was just not up to the series of works so far
This story did not flow as week as the other stories in the PDA series. The author does not tell the story very well. It jumps around a lot, there is no substance to the relationship, nor any story to the relationship that just suddenly is. There is no build up, and the characters don't really develop - in any way. It's difficult to like any of them. Not my favorite.
Great book. You have got action, love and romance in this book. One woman and three men what is not to love. Go to a different planet just so you can pay for your mother treatment. But you get there and you are a princess and your are a mate to three men. But then here come drama or action . Great book
This book had such potential and just was poorly written with horrible editing. The story was going good then it seemed as though the author missed chapters, the timeline was lost and the ending was lackluster. So much detail lost and no real plot to be found. Overall was very disappointed by the whole book.
I dont like this book. It's nothing like the normal PDA books. It starts off weird, there's very little involvement with Gerri, and the story has a time fast forward. Im one those people who will read books to the end because i started it but i didnt enjoy this book at all.
I wanted to love this story because I love the PDA series but I felt like I missed huge chunks of their relationship process. I would have liked the story to have different view points and the prince was a jerk.
It was an alright book but had flow issues and issues concerning time frame. One second its been like a day the next its been like a week or two with no discernable shift.
