AND THE DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!
Talk about hitting the ground running. This bad boy will keep on your toes through the entire tale. This is one page turning bombshell that really test the bonds and binds of everything the main female has with every breath she takes. I hope your ready for one wild ride my friends. Trust me this is one you definitely do not want to miss. Rosemary really up the game here. If you think you've experienced an adrenaline rush with the first parts, baby you don't know anything yet. The characters growth just keeps on strengthening as well as growing more powerful. Hint: the bad guys do to. Take nothing for granted and keep your back facing a wall. The scenes are so graphic and descriptive it paints a magnificent backdrop that really makes the storyline pop. The characters and their personalities just seem to mix and mingle as they play off one another in a brilliant display of moves and strategy. Rosemary did a remarkable job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Fantastic job Rosemary, you totally rocked this bad boy. Thanks for sharing this awesome read with awesome read with us.

This is the 3rd. book in this series. And I will say, this is my favorite book. I have read all the books by this author and loved them. I'm not sure what it is about this book. But as I was reading this book I felt as though the author put her heart and soul into this book. I could feel the passion the author has for her characters and this series. This book starts off with Violet fighting in the Bones Carnival. Her crazy father puts her in this to prove her loyalty. Her love for sexy Angel and vampire geek seem to be what keeps her going. What is inside Violet if it ever comes out, may be the one thing to end everything.. And not in a good way. Can Violet keep it locked inside? Can she save the ones she loves? Or will this be the start of the apocalypse and the end of the world? This book was full of action from the first chapter till the last. It's one of those books that you start reading and can't put it down. Even when you finish the book you are still thinking about it. So make sure you have time to read it all. And sit back and enjoy. It is off the charts amazing. The best book I have read in a long time!!!!

It's going to be hard to write a spoiler-free review, so I'm going to give it my best.

Having escaped the clutches of her mother, Violet is in the Under World now. We get to meet Lucifer and he's so much more than anyone could have expected. Violet has always wanted two things in life, family, and answers and as Violet puts it "Lucifer had wound chains around me until I stood shackled because he'd dangled the one thing I'd always wanted. Answers."

Johns has gathered everyone Violet loves in one place and given her the power she's seeking, it's almost too perfect. J asks her "How's it feel to be the fire the world dances around?", because Violet is at the center of everyone's world, Anarchy, Rebel, Harahel, Ash, even Mischief. They're all here and they're all prepared to go to war with her, for her. They all have such unique personalities and characteristics, and Johns makes sure the reader knows each of them well.

I particularly loved this book more than the others. I think Violet is finally starting to find her place in the world. Reading this, there is so much of Johns in the book, it's poignant, and there was a lot of funny elements too, such as "death smelt of tequila...?" That had me laughing out loud.

I enjoy how there is a virtual playlist throughout the book, songs that you can equate to the situation. Johns and I have similar musical tastes and I liked loading the songs up on the iPod to listen to. As music is a central part of my life, it made the scenes much more powerful. This entire series is so well-written, and it just gets better and better.

I received an ARC of this book and am reviewing it because it's what I do when I finish a book.
Holy Violet-cakes! This series gets better with each book! Violet becomes stronger and keeps the smart arsed, super funny attitude of hers, yet becomes more loving to her fam, Rebel and Ash along with the new weirdos (weirdos in a good way.) she gets involved with.
Did any of us think that Violets father, Lucifer, by the way, could be any more twisted than her mother? I didn't! Though I do think that he actually does love Violet.
I'm not going to spoil anything with my review or retell what you read in the book description but I will say that you absolutely will NOT be disappointed with this book! There are way more twists and turns than in Vampire Huntress or Vampire Princess. You still get the action that makes your butt clench, the laugh out loud humor, the characters you hate and the absolute love of fam with maybe a hint of true love. Seriously! No disappointments and a very strong craving for book 4 to be finished.

Third book in this series and Violet is in hell, Literally! Out of the frying pan and all that. Slap bang in her fathers realm except its not the warm welcome she might have hoped for. Shes dropped in The Bone Carnival & she has to fight in it just to prove her loyalty to her father. Violet has one hell (pun intended, lol) of a dysfunctional family & daddy is no different to her sadistic mother. With the help of Rebel, Ash & various other characters she has to navigate this new world. With wit, wise-cracks & sarcasm as always. Another fab book in this series that doesnt disappoint. Brilliant read

This book is definitely a pageturner Ms. Johns wrote a story that was captivating in one of the most twisted ways I could imagine.
The world is dark, no, DARKER than I could expect. It has some triggers that need to be considered while reading. As I devour darker thems I was so much into it!
There is angst, fight, anarchy, some strange kind of relationship and what more a girl want in the world with Vampires and Angels!

Vampire Devil is the 3rd book in this series. It picks up where book 2 leaves off. With our Rebel Princess Violet had been captured and taken to her Father's realm.
This book is amazing.. I love the action of the whole book.. every page that I read lead me to the next page I couldn't put it down. The Snarky banter of the characters is funny it made me laugh.

I have loved reading this series and it has to be one of my favorite series that I have read this year! I was looking forward to reading Vampire Devil as soon as I got done reading Vampire Princess and the third book in this series did not disappoint! I have loved the vivid details of everything that Violet and her friends, who are now more like the family she has never had, have gone through. This book is no different. There are twists and turns that you may have expected but while reading, everything just kind of hits you and blows you away all at once. This book was the perfect book to end my summer with and wish it, like the other titles, would've lasted longer. If only Rosemary could write as fast as I read :)

I received this book as a gift and am voluntarily leaving a review! Wicked, Wily and Beautiful…Those are the words that describe our heroine as each book unfolds further into the series! Violet’s father has finally come out of the woodwork to reunite with his daughter?! He is evil personified! Lucifer himself! Luckily, Violet still has her wit, sarcasm, and skills to help her out! Also, the loyalty and love of her friends will help her overcome the toughest of obstacles. I cannot write too much because I do not want to give any spoilers! Just know that this book is the best so far out of the series…it will be hard to top this one! Get ready for an even wilder roller coaster ride with the new unique plots and twists in the third installment of this series! Kept me on my toes and I cannot wait until the next book….can Rosemary keep outdoing herself?! We will find out…stay tuned!

Amazing

I gave this book 5 stars because there's so many twists and turns you arent sure who violet can trust. There were parts in this book that brought on tears. The characters are intricate and the more you read the further you find yourself falling into the story world. Their pain, rage and sadness along with betrayals come across so vividly. You'll find yourself laughing and crying with the characters and the twisted maze of this series has had me binge reading for days. Thank you for writing this series.

Violet quickly realizes her father, Lucifer, is just as brutal as her mother. His tests of her loyalty could actually kill her so she will draw her chosen family close in an effort to protect them. She will plan an uprising to depose the king of the Underworld, but in order to win she will agree to apprentice to the mage, somewhat loyal to her mother.
Wow! An exciting and action packed read full of fascinating and unique characters. Another fantastic book in this page turner of a series. Fantastic book!

This book follows Violet into the Underworld ruled by Lucifer the King and her father. She must fight to prove herself worthy of meeting her father who then has trials for her to do to take her place at his side. While her mother was cold and cruel her father seems to really care for her. There are a lot of twists and turns and new characters in this book along with some familiar faces. I really enjoyed this book and hope this isn't the end of Violet's story.

This book 3 has Violet in the underworld looking for her father. She is here with her "fam" Rebel, Ash,and Mischief. There are others who show up and you will be surprised. (No spoilers here) It was worth the wait to see it.
This is my favorite one of the series. I know I say that every time. However Rosemary Johns books just keep getting better and better.
I am planning to start Vampire Mage book 4 today. Well check this one out guys!!

That's Violet. Half angel/ half vampire, and on yeah, Lucifer is her dad! Violet flees from Angel World and mom when she realizes how vengeful and cruel the angels are. Unfortunately, ,she soon realizes dad 'ain't no better '. Excellent continuation of the series, loved it!

Hell is not a place where you'd expect to feel loved but it just so happens that daddy dearest truly loves his daughter. That love, however, doesn't stop Violet from being controlled by the master manipulator. It's a sweet seduction, to be needed, to be loved and cherished. It's hard to fight those feelings, but it's through this battle, both figurative and literal, that Violet reclaims her identity. She also comes to understand her men a bit more and the reasons for their betrayal. There are only bad or worse decisions to make when you're fighting for your survival and the safety of the ones you care for. It's certainly eye opening. Book three is my favorite so far out of this series, especially since we are introduced to Mischief. He's such an unforgettable character and I really love the banter between him and Violet. I hope he sticks around for a bit longer.

Vampire Devil is Book 3 of the Rebel Angels series by Rosemary A. Johns. WOW!! this is an awesome series and book. In this book we get to see another side of Violet. She is always focused on her family and trying to keep them safe even though she is in hell and handling what is thrown at her. I love this series. Each book is better than the last and this is no exception. I highly recommend this book.

Violet is back and finding out just what Hell is really like. She stays strong and determined to protect her chosen family and as many other people as possible despite anything thrown at her. The story keeps you interested to the end with its character interactions and plot twists. I can't wait to see what happens next
