Probably one of the best intermediate level books on Property Investing in NZ. Primarily more about the Auckland market. Covers broad range of topics and different styles of property investing. Dips into structures and tax. Plus it is full of case study examples demonstrating concepts. Big book but well worth the read if you are a property investor.

Hands down the best book I've read on property investing in NZ although much of the content would be applicable to other markets. Packed full of handy analytical tools and supported by easy-to-follow case studies.
