Stephanie Bond

USA TODAY bestselling author Stephanie Bond was seven years deep into a systems engineering career and pursuing an MBA at night when an instructor remarked that she had a flair for writing and suggested that she submit to academic journals. But Stephanie, a voracious reader, was only interested in writing fiction–more specifically, romantic fiction.

Upon completing her master’s degree and with no formal training in writing (her undergraduate degree is in computer programming), she started writing a romance novel in her spare time. Two years later in 1995 she sold her first manuscript, a romantic comedy, to Harlequin Books.

In 1997, with ten sales under her belt to two publishers, Stephanie left her corporate job to write women’s romantic fiction full-time. In 2011,

Stephanie launched a self-publishing business. Since that time, she has sold more than 1 million copies of her own books. To-date, Stephanie has published over 70 novels and has over 6 million copies of her work in worldwide distribution in numerous languages and formats.

Entertaining mystery listening 🎆🎎🎉😆✨

This kindle novella is from my Kindle Unlimited account book three of six

Jane continues to clean up the house getting ready for her mother to come home from the hospital. Her and William are having an affair. She is digging in the garden when she finds a leg bone. Continued in book four.

I would recommend this series and author to readers of family and friends relationships adventure novels 🤔 😎 . 2024 👒

This plot is getting good...

I liked Coma Girl. I thoroughly enjoyed Temp Girl. I'm soooo loving Comeback Girl. I hated to see this installment end. Great plot with enough of an unknownity (my made-up word) to set my mind reeling. No spoilers from me, but I will say the ending of this installment was like a Pah-POW!

Comeback Girl (Part 3) by Stephanie Bond will take us through September 2018 as Jane Hunnicut takes us on a daily journey of her struggles. Jane will deal with a mom suffering a stroke in a hospital, a (temporary) separation from a fiancée in London, and a looming deadline for a book not yet written. She might experience a deepening romance with Will the veterinarian, and deepening anger with a brother (Tyler) reluctant to help with family obligations. These are real issues not open to speculation, they exist. These events are not enough to fill the month, however.

There are issues in question. Deidre, Emma, and Jane grew up together and were best friends. Deidre disappeared one night. Jane knows more than she has told others. Jane is also not quite sure why her friendship with Emma slowly dissolved. The two are still friends, but they are not as close as before. Jane knew secrets about Deidre; did Emma know secrets also? If so, did Jane and Emma know the same secrets? There was an important question for which only some people wanted to know the answer, was Deidre still living?

Jane’s mother was a hoarder and had constructed pathways so narrow between towering collections of materials in her home that there was no room for anyone else. There was no room for visiting Jane, and there would be no room for Mom when she was released from the hospital to return home. Jane had a massive cleaning task. Clearing this treasure trove meant secrets would be revealed.

It was going to be a very busy September in Accident, Alabama. Readers have an opportunity to see how events unfold daily in September with the 69-page quick read that is Part Three. The style of writing and organization of these original five-star presentations are very reader-friendly for those who want a good story delivered in short installments. Each part brings an intriguing tease to a reader’s attention, so there is little possibility a reader will forget where they are in the story. As I read each part, I post a review. I like Stephanie Bond’s original style of writing and organization.

I tried really hard to NOT read this right away so I wouldn’t have so much of a wait for the next one. Then I checked it out Sep. 1 and promised myself I would only read a couple of days at a time. Fast forward to end of Sept 1 and I have finished the book :( the story is getting so good and it’s getting harder and harder to wait for the next one...

Love all her books!

I have been a huge fan since the first time I read one of Stephanie Bond’s books, and this series did not disappoint. I loved the story, but hated waiting. I actually waited until December to read them all so I could avoid the wait. Now I’m sad the series is done. Can’t wait till the next book/series!

Great author

Got to know this author from her podcast Coma Girl. Since I enjoy listening to that so much I wanted to try out some of her other books and so far haven’t been disappointed. The story holds my attention and is hard to put down. It’s a nice easy read to get my mind off my troubles.

Whoa!

Some surprises in this part that leave a lot of questions in my head! I love how the author is bringing mystery and romance into these stories. The mystery part is now heating up with suspects popping up at every turn. Did Diedre runaway or did someone do her harm? It could go either way at this point. All I know is I can't stop reading these stories!

ACCIDENTALLY INTENSE

Have you ever felt like no matter how fast you tred water you seem to lose ground? That is what it's like for Bond's heroine. Her friend Deidre stuff keeps showing up at the end of each installment.

All the way to the last words! There are many elements to this character I find compelling, from her strange brother to her hoarding mother...I can hardly wait for Book 4!

These installments get more and more exciting and the cliffhangers are great, I'm sitting here speculating on everything I read in the first 3 installments. Find it very strange that workers would throw out all of Emma photo collages..hmmm! Loving Come Back Girl, looking forward to Part 4.

Book 3 in the Coma Girl series didn't disappoint. Jane is an interesting and sympathetic character who's personal problems continue to mount while trying to unfold the mystery of her missing friend. I'm hooked, and moving on to #4. Kim Hamilton, author of Accidental Lawyer.

Wow

Hardly have time to write a review, wanting to get on to the next addition. Stephanie Bond, you could have made it easier on me by making this one book lol! Great story line and cliffhanger.

I keep hoping it will get better.

The main character is not very likeable. She is neurotic, and stuck in a rut. She isn't facing reality. So, perhaps it gets better as it progresses.

Similarities

If you have read her body mover series, this part is very similar to Carlotta getting her hand into things she shouldn’t. Another great read!

Fabulous!

I’ve read most of Bond’s other serial novels - this one is riveting. As usual. She knows what she’s doing for sure.
