If two are better than one, then three must be… perfection?

Out of housing options while she works to complete her thesis, Kara Clarke sneaks into the drama building to spend the night—and almost finds herself kissing a wrecking ball the next morning.

When she’s rescued by Jack Donoghue—the fun-loving, sexy foreman of the crew responsible for demolishing the building—he takes pity on her and takes her home to meet his boyfriend while she figures out what to do.

Dr. Theo “Teddy” Whitman is Grecian-sun-god-gorgeous, highly intelligent, and feared by all the students at Cypress Springs College—especially his TA, Kara.

Although they both want to run the other way when they realize who Jack is trying to introduce them to, Kara and Teddy find a way to make peace once Teddy discovers the situation she’s in and Kara realizes that he’s not as gruff as he pretends.

Kara feels safe enough to take the men up on their offer to stay in their guest room. Besides, how much trouble could she get into by staying with two gay men? Except… they aren’t gay. They’re not only bi, they’re both intrigued by the sweet PhD student.

While Teddy helps his grad student finish her thesis, Kara helps him—and Jack—learn how much fun it can be when you add a third heart to your home.

Note: This is the first in a trilogy about three best friends finding their forever. Each book can be read as stand-alone and definitely has an HEA. It is intended for audiences over 18 years of age since it includes scenes between all three characters in every way you can imagine—and maybe a few more.

4.5 STARS

This is the first for me from this author and I was impressed. Although 21 Chapters it was a quick fun read because she engaged me from the beginning to the end.

Who doesn't love a ménage read and this one was hot and sexy along with 3 magnificent characters. Jack and Teddy are amazing strong intelligent men in love and in a relationship. They like to enjoy a women but when Kara literally leaps into their lives things are changing and life for all 3 has become different.

This author had 3 POV's and did them seamlessly I loved the flow the writing and the side characters. I am looking forward to the next one in the series!!

Taught was a amazing story for a debut book that showcased a talented writing style for Tarilyn Sparks, and she's definitely on my radar for her future work. Jack and Teddy are already in a sexy relationship when they meet Kara Clarke, and while they have never minded adding a woman for their enjoyment, they haven't kept them around. However, somehow, Kara somehow fits in a bit of a more permanent way, and this quick story takes an even more sexy turn that literally lights the sheets on fire! It's told in a three way POV which I really loved so much, which had me imprinting on all three very quickly. It's the first book in a trilogy, so I'm very excited to read more of this sexy journey with a big side of angst, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I really enjoyed this book and the passion and relationship was hot and exciting but it left me wanting a little more in the way of the plot of the book. I will however say that I am invested in the characters and will read the rest of the series to see the progress that the author makes. It was a fast fun and enjoyable read and I would recommend it to someone who is looking for a quick hot read without a lot of angst.

Sweet and simple

If you are entertaining the idea of trying this genre this is a good place to start. Meet cute, light on sexual intimacy, no drama, and happily ever after.

DNF. I could not even finish ch. 2. A paint-by-numbers romance that could have been (and perhaps was) written by a bot.

When the building demo uncovers a homeless grad TA, a buff builder exposes off-limits t&a to his prof husband

MMF bisexual erotic romance

The buff construction worker brings home the homeless graduate assistant who happens to work with his husband the professor, and attempts to keep things proper don't last past one night in a hot-tub. O.k., the story actually does not read nearly as much like a bad porno plot as the "homeless coed, stud construction guy, and student's professor in a hot tub" might sound. As typical in MMF bisexual romance, the sizzle is stronger than the plot and character development, but the trio have enough personality to provide some empathy along with the heated (and wish fulfillment) aspects of the reading experience.

3.5 stars - rounded up (because the prof gets Bob the Builder and the smart, shy, seductive sweetheart)
