Days of Hunger is an action-packed, apocalyptic EMP survival thriller about courage, love and loyalty pushed to the limits in extraordinary and life-threatening circumstances.
This book leaves no stone unturned. Simply full of non stop action which at times is a little graphic. The suspense and tension mounts to what can only be described as an explosive conclusion. The characters once again step up and surprise you with ingenuity, bravery and pure grit in their fight against the terrorists. The pure evil of the regime oozes from the pages and the fight for survival from ordinary people only highlighted the resilience and strength of those who stand up to protect what is theirs.
The last book in this excellent series. Ms. Fernfield puts you right into the action of this EMP survival epic. I read this in one sitting and all I'm going to say is get this series of four books and you will not be disappointed. I love her writing style, great plots and the action will leave you breathless. I highly recommend this fantastic writer.
