OMFG! My brain just flew out of the window
At first, I need to recognize that I felt it a little slow, but knowing is the middle book of the series, I could understand
But when things finally started to clear up, my mind was everywhere.
Sometimes I felt so understanding with Celeste that was overwhelming. Feeling her feelings, her fears and her love for Alex too. I was so mixed up.
Why I would be falling for a psycopath? It was like “duh, of course not”. But It was. And later, I was doubting of him and his drivings of all the Circle stuff. Well, I have my doubts yet.
I wanna know so bad what happens next.
What will happen to Celeste? And Alex? Where are you?!?
This series are gonna blow your mind. Mark my words.

Alex and Celeste’s crazy, dark story continues! As soon as the FBI got on board, searching for Celeste, I became glued to every single word!!! Aaah, sooooo goooood!!! I was also pleased to find less errors in this installment. Aside from not using semicolons correctly, this book is extremely well written.

You should also know that this is a trilogy and to expect a cliffhanger at the end of this book also. However the wait has been so worth it and no doubt the wait to the third and final book is going to be worth it too. Broken Hearts takes off right where Bleeding Hearts left off. This is quite the ride and will have you questioning how you yourself just like Celeste are falling for a psychopath. This is how you know the author has you hooked on the edge of a string and your dangling around begging for more words to not question your sanity any longer. I don't want to give away any of this story. Just grab it. I promise you won't be able to put it down and will be left wanting more.

Fabulous suite, even more addictive
The tensions between Alex the serial killer and Celeste (the one he took to protect and lock her up so that she can fall in love.....) are becoming more important, both sexually and psychologically. The author succeeds in getting us into the minds of both characters and understanding their conflict.
The dismantling of the pedophile conplot continues, but it is really the relationship of the two main characters which is at the center of the story.
Once again, the cliffhanger is unfortunately too well placed ... .and I can not wait to read the last volume.

We know from the first lines who Celeste decides to help between the driver who drove the guys to the children, but never intervened, and the serial killer who kept her locked up and who only kills the pervert guys and those who helped them: she chooses Alex. But she knows that this choice is an irreversible decision in her life. Plots of her memories are gradually returning about the secret organization.
However, both Alex and Celeste do not know if they can really trust each other. Neither of them ever think to be loved by the other in the circumstances in which they met and to be with a murderer for someone who wanted to be in justice, is paradoxical and complicated to accept.

Because of this, she’s starting to remember the depraved ring of murderous child molesters and killers that her father belonged to.
They’re powerful, wealthy and connected, and so far, untouchable—untouchable except for Alex. He’s been killing them for years. Alex needs Celeste to remember more, but that’s risky. It’s getting complicated for Alex and Celeste. He’s developing feelings for his captive. How far will he go for his revenge?
Celeste knows too much—too much about Alex and his bloody vendetta and too much about the Circle. She can’t leave, and she doesn’t want to--mostly. She’s falling for Alex, and the way he twists her mind and body to get what he wants keeps her on edge. She’s not completely sure how much is real.
I like that one of the FBI agents on the Heartbreaker task force gets a few of his own POV chapters. They haven’t forgotten about her.

This book picks up where book one left off and drags you right back in to this wonderfully twisted dark romance story. Alex is getting close to telling Celeste the reason why he feels it necessary to keep her with him and under his protection. There are memories that Alex is trying to help Celeste recover in order to eliminate the threat to her life. Celeste learns a lot of dark secrets from her past and is having trouble coming to grips with them. There are things Alex is keeping from her and she is starting to doubt there is any kind of threat to her and wants to be set free. With all the twists and turns involving so many horrible people, it's hard for Celeste to know who to trust. She lets her insecurities get to her and tries to get away from Alex. This book ends on one heck of a cliffhanger and I am looking forward to the third and final book in this series. This book is for all the filthy dark romance lovers out there that believe the darker the better.

The author Stella Hart has really come up with a pressing issue in this book series. I could recommend this book to all, not only to the dark romance lovers but every parent should read this book.
After the first book bleeding hearts, broken hearts is much darker, romantic and heart breaking.
This book dwells more into the past of Celeste, but more how they fall for each other. But a single misunderstanding and distrust caused Celeste, what Alex always wanted her to protect from. The book was a page turner and last four chapters made me to sit at the edge. In between when Alex and Celeste, both struggling between their emotions, misunderstanding, hurt and betrayal are really heart breaking.
Now I'm waiting for the third book, hopefully Alex and Celeste have their happy ending and I'm sure, the third book is gonna be more thrilling then the first two

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. We pick up right where we left off with Bleeding Hearts. You delve right back into the deep dark twisted story of Alex and Celeste. We learn more about Celeste and the memories she’s beginning to recover and her life may just never be the same. All Alex wants to do is protect her from her memories and when Celeste trusts the wrong people, her life may be in danger and Alex will do anything for the woman he loves. Their story is dark, twisted and you will definitely be on an emotional roller coaster with these two. No spoilers, this is a must read, and if you haven’t read the prequel and book 1, what the heck are you waiting for ladies? Waiting patiently for the next book, I can’t wait to see where Stella takes us.

This series just keeps getting more compelling and consuming. You never know where the author is gonna take you next with Celeste and Alex. One minute you actually get so caught up in how explosive the chemistry is between them and then you want to throw your Kindle across the room because you can't comprehend what you've just read. Alex is a intriguing blend of love him or hate him. Celeste is a very realistic captive, with the way she keeps flipping back and forth with how she feels about Alex and the fact that she is always trying to escape. This author obviously knows her stuff or did great research cause this series is sensational. I how whatever trama Celeste suffers at the hands of the Circle makes her more ruthless with how she deals with them.

This is the second book in this intense, dark and twisted series. You want to start reading from the prequel and read the books in order so you get fully engulfed in this disturbingly delightful romance. Alex and Celeste's story picks up from the last book and quickly captures your interest and attention. Dark, painful secrets, twists and danger circle around this couple and finally fear wins over and an action is taken that leaves readers on one epic cliffhanger in preparation of the next book. Trust me, if you love dark, suspenseful and super hot reads you do not want to miss this series! This is my honest and completely voluntary review.

Book two of Heartbreaker, this dark romance series, and they must be read in order. This book directly follows the cliffhanger in book one. This was a real roller coaster of feelings. Trust, hope, betrayal, resignation, love, terror. Whew! I don't want to spoil anything because I liked the unravelling soooo much. This book has both a great plot and great characters. Let me just say that I was completely engrossed in what Celeste and Alex were up to and I am hanging out for the third book. Maybe then I can close my mouth because I was not expecting THAT.

Nail biting read
The continuation from the Bleeding hearts book/story. And I have to warn you, its another cliffhanger. Even though I don't like these cliffhanger series' books, this particular story has me hooked from the first. This book has more than its share of secrets, deception, darkness and enough suspense that will keep you reading till the very end. Though I am heartbroken I know that there's till hope onto the oncoming book.

A fantastic second instalment in this brilliant series. I really loved this book. The writing was brilliant, with a fantastic storyline that draw me in, captivating me and keeping me reading. it was dramatic and full of suspense and intrigue, keeping me on the edge of my seat. Celeste and Alex are great character's who are both complex and the storyline and characters continue to develop, although there is yet more to learn. Can't wait for the next book to see what's in store for Alex and Celeste. This book does need to be read as part of the series and like the first book it ends on a cliff hanger.

Another amazing step in this serial killer series.
As Celeste makes a discussion of a lifetime her life takes on a twisted role. As Alex tried to make her see the truth, only mistrust seeps between them. Not believing the circle are truly after her Celeste trusts the wrong people and Alex is left desperate to reclaim the woman he loves. I can't wait for the next book in this series. Hoping and praying the circle will get their end and the would be lovers get to ending they deserve. It can't come out soon enough

This is book two in the Heartbreaker series. You will want to read book one first as this one picks up where it left off. I was on edge reading this and found it hard to put down. Celeste and Alex took me on an emotional rollercoaster. There were twists, misunderstandings, memories, and doubts. It is a dark read and not for everyone. However, if you like dark, I would definitely recommend it. The story ends in a cliffhanger and I'm anxiously waiting for book three.

This book continues straight off from where the first one finished. There is so much to take in with this second book, I wasn't sure whether to trust Alex or not and who knows how many circle members are going to come out of the woodwork!
There are some pretty nasty characters in this series and some of the story will really make your skin crawl. The world building and characters in this series are well developed and believable and Stella Hart certainly knows how to make you love a serial killer.

Holy crap! This book (The whole series so far) when reading I have been a nervous wreck. The suspense is amazing, I never know what is going to happen next and I love it! I can not wait for the next book. I am not saying anything that happened in this book just incase I give something away. You just have to read. This was so well written and flowed beautifully.

Okay, this is going to be a really short review because I need to read the final volume of this series.
This trilogy has been perfectly developed and this middle volume ends with one heck of a cliffhanger. I'm desperate to learn how it plays out, and although it looks pretty dire at the moment, I hope things will somehow eventually turn around for the better.

But still slow. I read all these reviews that this was dark. Twisted. Etc. It’s not. It’s pretty mild if you read dark books. The paced picked up a bit here but the h is utterly stup@d. I get that she should question stuff. But after what she knows I wouldn’t automatically assume one was right over the other. But I’ll read three as I like Alex and hope he gets a happy ending. But this isn’t the 5 star read it’s made out to be.

Does Celeste really know what she's getting herself into? As for Alex, he really does love her but, in his own dark, twisted way. The only way he knows how. This is a wonderfully dark, sexy, steamy read that picks up where #1 left off. There is a cliffhanger but, it's so nail biting good. I will go crazy until the next book.

This is the second book in this amazing series, and continues straight on from where “Bleeding Hearts” ended. This is a well written flawless story, which has secrets, and is a dark, intense, and twisted romance. This novel ends with a cliffy, and I cannot wait for the third and final novel.

Oh my gosh! Another gripping tale I could not put down. There is no black and white, no good or evil, it's all just a swirly grey mass. What is right or wrong? The author really makes you think about who the bad guy really is. Great writing, I can't wait for the next book!

2nd book starts immediately where the first book ends. This book is a rollercoaster of emotions for Celeste - is she falling for her kidnapper. Is it Stockholm syndrome or is he just perfect for her. This books follows Celeste’s trials of capture. She finds something she shouldn’t have whilst there’s a electricity black out - now she knows she can’t trust Alex her captor - or can she??

This series has kept me in suspense so far and the second book doesn’t disappoint. I can’t wait to find out the ending of this series.
