A sweet ending to Roman and Aria’s story! Melody Eve concludes You and Me with a happily ever after that will leave readers satisfied. In this book, we get a better understanding of Roman and why he is o controlling and possessive of Aria. With a plot twist thrown into the mix, Melody Eve gives this duet story another oomph factor as to why Aria and Roman belonged together. And in such, Melody creates a love story that is intertwined with the past and a little mystery.

This was a solid 3 Star read. It’s had some character development but not fully.

We finally get Roman’s POV which I think would of made a diff in the first book. This helps explain a lot things, mainly his control issues. Which are a bit exaggerated but this is fiction so there’s that.

The stalker story was good, I actually enjoyed that, it was thrilling trying to figure out who it was. There were sooooo many possibilities. At the end it was a letdown. Sure it was someone I wasn’t expecting but to me it was less believable than other outcomes in my head.

I liked Leeza in the first book, not so much in the second. Both her and her mom became borderline alcoholics without any proper explanation or reason to.

Chemistry between Aria and Roman was strong. Those steamy scenes were definitely good. Although I’m still not a fan of Roman’s controlling ways, and how easily Aria bowed down to him sometimes. I like my women super feisty. But that’s just me.

I did get my HEA so that’s good. It’s nice seeing a story way ahead as well. Although if the author would of wanted to expand and make a series with some characters she kinda botched it by giving them theirs too.

There were also a lot of inconsistencies and some errors through the book. The same issues happens in the first book. You’d think an author would verify this consistently. Also surprised an editor or betas didn’t catch these things, this was my second from this author and I caught these right away. ELEVATORS.. there’s your hint. Hope the author picks better betas next time.

All in all, it was an easy read that gave me my HEA. Unfortunately Roman will not be added to my book boyfriend dungeon. Sorry.

This is book 2 in the Together Duet and these books must be read in order. I absolutely loved Him & I, which is book 1 in this duet. It portrayed Roman as a broken, controlling, possessive yet passionately adoring man with Aria his independent and very feisty heroine. The story of Book 1 was well paced and swept me up in a little bubble of all things Roman and Aria.

The storyline of You and Me follows on from the revelations at the end of Him and I. Aria is on bed rest after her head injury, with Roman demanding as ever that she obeys doctor's orders. Add into the mix a series of dodgy phone calls to Aria and suspicious items turning up in places they shouldn't, gives us a Stalker romantic suspense storyline to take us through the novel.

Melody's writing is again done well, and Roman's POV cemented any doubts we had about his feelings for Aria after the twist ending in Him & I. I loved Roman's sister Leeza and his relationship with his mother in book 1, so I was pleased to see I would get more of them in this novel. However they were very prevalent in this book; yet didn't have much reason to be, aside from adding that girlfriend element in for Aria, someone for her to talk all things Roman to outside of talking to the man himself.

I did enjoy this book absolutely, is it what I expected as a sequel to Him and I..... No. It was still an enjoyable read and still well written. Characters I thought would play a bigger part in the sequel did not, with newer characters or minor ones having bigger roles to play than expected. I would still 100% recommend reading You and Me, Melody is a fantastic writer and I very much look forward to seeing what she has coming next!

Loved this conclusion to Aria and Roman's story!
Melody Eve has made a fantastic debut as an author with her Together Duet.
I enjoyed getting inside Roman's head in this story and finding out why he has his need to control things and how he had been keeping an eye on Aria for so long.
All the way through until the reveal, I was guessing and second-guessing who was stalking Aria. I think I went through moments where I thought it was each of the other characters and I was still blown away with the reveal.
I also loved that Aria fell for Roman just as hard as he did even though he had fallen for her long before she even knew who he was.
It was also great to see more of his mother and sister.
I am so grateful that I won a giveaway of You and I and then Melody generously offered an advanced copy of You and Me.

Worth the wait! From the first page, I was drawn back into Roman & Aria’s world. The journey wasn’t easy with the twists & turns, but it was so worth taking. A great conclusion to Roman & Aria’s story!

Roman is my dream book boyfriend with his protective ways. Roman did what he had to protect Aria & his family. Aria is a perfect heroine and stronger than she gave herself credit for! Aria & Roman were perfect for each other.

The suspense! Oh the suspense! I wanted so badly to jump ahead and find out who & why! I didn’t look ahead and I’m glad I didn’t.

I’m blown away that is only Melody Eve’s second book. I can’t wait to see what else she comes up with next.

I voluntarily reviewed this book.

You and Me by Melody Eve is book two in her Together Duet and is not a standalone. You must read the previous book Him and I, first.
You and Me picks up where Him and I was left off. Roman is overprotective to the point where it gets all too much. And still Aria puts up with him. And farther into the story there´s a good reason revealed for his stalker tendencies.
While book one was mostly told in Aria's POV, this one, while written in a dual POV, tells mostly from Roman's.
It´s the conculsion of a epic love story, a wonderful read with great characters and excellent writing. You and Me has just the right amount of drama, danger and feelings and I read the book in one sitting. I enjoyed The Together Duet and give 4,5 stars.

I loved the continued story of Roman and Arias love. When Him and I ended I wanted more of their story outside of Mexico. This book picked up where book 1 left off. I loved reading about them living the normal everyday life. One of my favorite things was how Roman took care of Aria and was crazy about her well being. Love a dominant man!😍
The twist of the stalker kept me wondering who in the hell was doing all those crazy things. I love a bit of mystery while reading.
Then there’s the sex, it was hot and intense. Roman knows his way around Arias body that is for sure!!!
Very good job Melody Eve!!I enjoyed this second book. I can’t wait to see what you’ve got up your sleeve next.❤️

You and Me by Melody Eve is such a great read, and in my opinion the best out of the duet.

This book was full of drama, and it kept me on my toes. I never felt bored reading this novel, and I just devoured it all.

Whereas the first novel felt a little rushed, You and Me was the perfect pace. The story was set out well, and I felt more connected to the characters and their story. I didn't feel the head-rush like the first novel, with this. It was just perfect.

I loved this novel so much. It was perfectly paced, and it was full of drama and full of emotion. This is
a definite recommendation from me.

*You cannot read You and Me before Him and I (#1), as you will not get the full essence of Aria and Roman's story.

After reading Him and I and falling in love with Roman and Aria, I couldn't wait to start You and Me.
It picks up right where we left our lovely couple.
Their love story continues with some of the usual struggles in life. Wich makes this story so easy to read.
I was not even halfway in when a plottwist came and it was amazing! It kept me reading late at night until the last page and I loved every second of it.
This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. And definitley deserves a 5 star rating!

Book #2 in the Together Duet was absolutely perfect in every way.

You get to see all there is to Roman and how he handles everyday life.

You see how much Aria finds out about herself as well. And how relying on someone else isn't always a bad thing.

When someone starts threatening their HEA how will the two handle all the stress and pressure being put on them?

Will the two survive all they're being put through to make it workout? Or will they crumble?

Be sure to check it out!!

If I found the first book crazily rushed, I have no words to describe this one. Moreover, a lot of nonsenses at once. In my opinion, a second book was not necessary. It didn't contribute to the characters' growth. It was a guilty pleasure to continue reading it.

Y'all. I cannot get enough of Roman and Aria. Seriously though. If you loved the This Man series, you are going to eat up the pages of this duet. Roman is over the top ALPHA. And Aria is a totally fierce heroine. So believe me when I say, this duet is incredible. Their love story is a total whirlwind, it's far from perfect and at times utterly tragic. But that's what makes it so perfectly fantastic.

Story Line: This is book 2 in the duet. You definitely need to read book 1: Him & I first because this story picks right up where that one left off. And can we just take a moment to appreciate how perfectly titled this duet is? I don't think I've ever loved a title as hard as I love these. And that's saying a lot because I am the last person to judge a book by its cover. Anywho, Roman and Aria are back from paradise. Their fast paced romance is still alive but with lots of hurdles to overcome. Aria just wants to get back to her life at her little bookstore. And Roman wants nothing more than for her to move in so they can completely start their lives together. And what we all learned from book one is this: what Roman wants, Roman gets. Except, not so fast in Aria's case. She pumps the breaks on several occasions. And our beautifully broken hunk of a man has to adapt and make compromises. It's comical at times, even. But what happens once they are back is drama - I'm talking thriller type stuff. I was NOT expecting where their story went, but I loved every second of it. Because without the crazies, these two wouldn't have gotten their gorgeous HEA.

Interaction: When I said Roman it total ALPHA, I meant it. He is over the top in his affections and protectiveness of his woman. And Aria does everything she can to knock him down a notch or two or ten. In my opinion, this was totally necessary. Did it always work? Heck no. Roman gives in to her, but only marginally. But it's enough for him to show her he's willing to bend, just as long as she is too. Their relationship is fast paced, but they are able to build something so beautiful, time is of no importance. The heart wants what it wants, after all.

Laundry: It should come as zero shock to y'all that the laundry in this book is off the charts, smoking hot. Roman knows EXACTLY what he's doing and it could not be hotter. Seriously, I am convinced he is the cream of the crop when it comes to his skills. Aria is one lucky woman. Lucky witch. Okay, I'm done being jealous. If you take nothing else away from this section of the review it's this - Aria and Roman's laundry connection is like nothing you have ever read before. It's a mixture of sweet, naughty, kinky and toe curling that we all need in our lives.

Depth: So, you know when I said there are crazies in this book? Totally wasn't kidding. Crazy you will never see coming. And what comes from the crazy is some physical pain but a whole lot of emotional wounds coming to surface. The pain Roman internalizes from his past is gut wrenching. And learning about just how he punishes himself? I sobbed uncontrollably for a solid ten minutes. I'm not exaggerating folks. Roman punishes himself in the worst way possible. And thank you Lord, Aria sees this beautifully flawed man and is able to help ease that hurt. She accepts him for who he is, and becomes everything he ever needed and wanted. And vise versa.

I loved Roman and Aria so freaking much. I will recommend this duet until the cows come home. Go pick up book 1, if you haven't read it. And then immediately pick up book 2. You will not be sorry. In fact, make sure you come back here and thank me. I like wine. :)

description

What a beautiful conclusion to Melody Eve’s Together Duet. Such a brilliant, wonderful and amazing book and writing. It was well developed and well written. I devoured it in one sitting. It was raw, passionate, addictive, fast paced and a little mysterious. The mystery part in my opinion brought book to another level. Loved this second chance romance and enjoyed every moment reading it.

You and Me continues where book 1 finished. Roman is determined to keep Aria safe and to make her believe they are meant to be. After watching over her for the last six years he wants to show her that this is their second chance and that they are worth the risk. I loved this second chance romance so much. Loved how Aria kept up with Roman and put him in his place when he deserve it. She’s so independent so I think it’s a little hard for her to accept help. I think in her mind that means she is failing but it is not like that. That is why Roman wants to help her because he doesn’t want to see her struggling. This is an epic, emotional love story with smart, flawed, complex characters and so much heart. It is a real page turner, fast paced and really entertaining read. The angst and anticipation had me on the edge of my seat. The story flowed perfectly and I loved both the hero and heroine and side – secondary characters. I loved how they both were trying to better themselves. Together they are amazing and in a way balance each other. Roman and Aria’s journey is filled with a little angst, emotions, feistiness, sexual tension and sexy times. I loved the banter and their interaction; the way Roman was protective of her and the people he loves. The chemistry, pull and connection were so strong and undeniable. I just simply love their love.

I loved the epilogue and how Roman’s mother and sister were included in it and that they also found happiness and someone to make them happy. Such a wonderful conclusion and I already miss all the characters. Can’t wait to see what this amazing author comes up with next.

In this second book in the Together Duet: You & Me by Melody Eve, she leaves you guessing in so many places between Roman and Aria, it has me guessing what I thought would happen but something else provoking was brought forth.

Roman is a controlling stalker-ish Alpha male. He uses those tendencies with Aria for and against her. Roman’s past makes him so afraid to loose Aria; anyone can see how much he loves and wants to protect her. Because of his history, he continues to punish himself.

Aria is loyal to the bone and loves hard. With Aria on bedrest they talk and fight a lot, but that is where you can see how intertwined their relationship is. Aria is a business owner, and she wants to run her business, but Roman can’t seem to respect her wishes. She is a strong woman who wants her independence. He is always trying to manipulate her into getting his way. With the deception she dealt with from her ex, she now has become Roman’s whole world. That alone can bring about problems.

As with any relationship, everything doesn’t always go according to plan and danger is lurking around the corner while these two deal with adjusting to a new life. With all craziness with second-guessing, unknown threat and his family there is humor but lots of mystery that surrounds Roman and Aria.

Will Aria learn to accept Roman controlling tendencies, or will Roman learn to lighten up on her? As you experience the love these two have for one another, it will have you wanting not to put the book down. The conclusion for this debut duet by Melody Eve is terrific and allows you to fall in love with characters all over again.

I loved the first book, Him & I and I loved this one too. Roman an Aria are very special characters. I also loved the side characters, his mother and his sister. His sister was quite funny. This book continues straight after the first one ends, so we're still in the thick of it!

Aria has been put on bed rest for a week and Roman is determined for her to do as the doctor has ordered but Aria doesn't like it one bit but she relents.

After her week of bed rest, things kick up a notch. Aria has been receiving silent phone calls but dismisses it, until she goes back to her own apartment and finds a photo in her bed. So she stays the night at a hotel.
Roman is furious with her and they have some unbelievably hot sexy. He is so overprotective but it's smothering Aria. If he doesn't relent a little, he may just lose her.

I get why he is the way he is, with what happened to his first wife but he needs to listen to Aria and I need Aria to stand her ground. I was wondering who her stalker was until a certain point and I was right in my guess but not in all of it, which was a nice surprise.

I loved the epilogue and too see how they had progressed. I thought it was lovely that we got to see that they all had their own HEA.

Together Duet - Part Two

Wow, just wow! What an ending to this fantastic debut duet by new author Melody Eve!

This is the continuing story of Aria and Roman.  This story picks up right where the last book left off.

Just like Him and I Together Duet book #1 , Ms. Eve gives us little teasers of information surrounding the mystery in the story.  She is the queen of misdirection, and I love it!

Aria is trying to exert her independence, but it comes at a price.  She is learning the extent of Roman's protective tendencies.  Will she adjust accordingly?  Read on and find out!

Roman is still the stalkerish, protective, alpha male that I fell in love with! He is learning the difference between overbearing and letting Aria make decisions freely. He is still punishing himself for his past in the most "in your face" way.  Let's hope with Aria's loyalty and love he can move forward to the future!

If you haven't yet, read this fabulous new series by the fabulous new author!  I cannot wait to see what she comes out with next!  I have clicked the links, joined the group, and am stalking this author, in a healthy way, I promise.  Like I said in my review for her first book, Melody Eve becoming an amazing author!  Well done!

You & Me (Together Duet #2) by Melody Eve is a billionaire, contemporary romance with elements of mystery and suspense. It is narrated in first person, dual POV.

This book picks up where the previous one ended. Now that Roman and Aria have returned home from Cancun, Aria wants to get back to normal life. She's ready to start over, get back to working at her bookstore and living in her own apartment. Roman wants Aria to stay with him indefinitely. He plans to marry her, and although he knows she isn't quite there yet, he hopes that will soon change. Roman is reluctant to let Aria leave his sight - especially since it has become apparent that somebody has been stalking her.

Will Roman's controlling behavior push Aria away for good? Will her need for independence drive her right into the face of danger? Who is the stalker? And why are they tormenting Aria? Read the book to find out.

I enjoyed the conclusion to Aria and Roman's story. It was great to read chapters from Roman's point of view, and although he still came across as overbearing, it helped him not seem as creepy as he did in book one. The story was entertaining, twisty, and suspenseful. I highly enjoyed it.

You and Me is the conclusion to the Together duet, so in order to get the full experience, you MUST READ Him and I (Book 1) FIRST! I think the best thing that I loved about this story was the fact that I got Roman's POV finally. Yeah, he's been in over the top protective alpha mode throughout, but by the end, I could definitely see why. Aria & he are getting to know each other so much better, or should I say that Aria is getting to know him better. They are having growing pains, while danger is stalking her, so yeah, life isn't all wine & roses. One thing that hasn't changed is the sexy times that light the sheets on fire, as they aren't suffering in the bedroom any. In between the growing pains, or her trying to get him to lighten up with his control issues, there are twists that are around every corner, which had me dropping the f-bombs all over the place. Plus, there's an entertaining cast of secondaries which are made of his mother & crazy sister, who added humor to the mix. The talented Melody Eve penned a great conclusion to this duet, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Well what a amazing conclusion to this duet!
Somehow I feel that it's all so very wrong but at the same time it also feels so very right that I loved how much Roman is so stalkerish and controlling of Aria all the time, and the fact that he has been watching over her for so many years is just plain weird and would take a lot for me to get my head around, but hey Christian Grey got away with being a stalker and women the world over loved him for it so why not Roman Forrest!
It is understandable why Roman is so afraid to lose Aria because of his past and it is quite endearing to see how much he loves her and how far he will go to protect her. He is the ultimate ALPHA male that goes all out caveman at times which is just so sexy and appealing.
This book was such a great read as it had such an exciting plotline with lots of angst and suspense that kept me wanting to read more and find out who was behind it all. It had my pulse racing and I thought my heart was about to burst outta my chest near the very end. Oh and that epilogue was just about perfect!
I have really enjoyed Aria and Roman's story and I hope to read more from this author in the future.
A brilliant 5 STARS!

You and Me continues right where the first book Him & I stopped with the bonus of having Roman's POV as well as Aria's in this second book. Roman continues to be super protective of Aria as she is recovering from her head injury but for the most part Aria holds her own and can be feisty when Roman gets too overwhelming. The two obviously have crazy chemistry and really have fallen in love but Aria has to overcome the fact that Roman has known about her for so much longer. I liked Roman's relationship with his mom. Leeza seemed a bit over the top which even if she were having some issues made her more unlikeable then relatable. As they navigate this relationship and Aria heals, some weird things start to happen, phone hang ups, random texts, photos and it's determined that Aria has a stalker. Roman goes into full force protection mode and Aria wants to take back her independence and handle it on her own. The fall out is angsty and it's not really who you would have guessed. The HEA is great and the epilogue really is the best part of the story!

You and Me is the conclusion in the Together Duet. Him and I is Book 1.

Roman and Aria's relationship continues where it left off in Him and I. It was slow going for me. She's on bedrest for the first 7 chapters and lots of talking, repetitive, and fights. Roman has not changed. He is still sooo Alpha and controlling. Too controlling. Even with his mother. I don't like characters like that. It is a big turn off. He can't seem to respect Aria's wishes. Always manipulating her into doing what he wants. Aria wants to run her business the way she's always dreamed and here comes this man to step in and start changing things? Nope. Also, his attitude is too much. He yells and gets angry too easily. He has jealous rage that I would totally run in the opposite direction at first glimpse.

The suspense added to this book was what book 1 needed as well. It adds an extra can't-put-downess. It has the mystery that we all need, trying to figure out who is stalking Aria. Who is entering her home and calling her? It was quite a twist when we find out that I highly enjoyed. Four solid stars.

This is an amazing conclusion of the duet. I was hooked from the first book and couldn’t wait to see how it all played out. Now that I know, I couldn’t be happier.

Roman has spent the last six years watching Aria from a distance, he has wanted her for that long but refused to step in until the time was right. Now that the double life of her ex is revealed, it is time for him to make her part of his life.

Aria is still reeling from the deception of her ex fiancé and this wonderful man comes in making her the center of his world. She wants to hold on to her independence but wants Roman too.

She is now getting anonymous phone calls, text messages as mysterious gifts which is threatening to push Roman over the edge. Aria must decide to sit silently and let him handle it or fight back and try to handle it herself...

This is one wild ride that will have you doubting everyone you meet while falling in love with the characters. I definitely recommend this book!

You & Me is book 2 of the Together Duet, (Him & I is Book 1) and the conclusion to Aria & Roman’s story. These books must be read in order, and cannot be read as standalone.

Well written, with plenty of steam and lots of suspense!

I absolutely love Aria and Roman, and the chemistry of their relationship. In this book we also get to see there’s more to Roman and exactly why he is so overbearing and protective of Aria. We also get to meet more characters from the first book and more of his sister (Leeza) and his mum (Julia).

Roman is extremely protective of Aria, to the point of knowing absolutely everything about her, her past and everyone in it. At first Aria finds it all a bit too overwhelming, but as their love grows it proves to be a good thing!!

Determined to find out exactly who was threatening her and Roman’s happiness, Aria gets herself into a whole lot of trouble!!

**I won this book through a giveaway by the author and this is my honest review**

You and Me picks up right where Him and I left off. If you haven't read it first, go do it now.

After coming to terms with finding out that Roman has been following and protecting Aria for the past 6 years, Aria realizes she can't just throw away the love that she has for Roman. Things start to get weird though when Aria starts to receive prank calls and notices that someone has been I her apartment, both Roman and Aria begin to worry. Could Aria's cheating ex-fiance be behind it or is there someone more sinister involved?

I couldn't put this book down and ended up reading it in just a few hours. You can't help but fall in love with Roman and Aria as well as Leeza and Julia, Roman's sister and mother. You and Me was a fabulous ending to the Together Duet.

I was given an ARC of this novel in exchange for an honest review

This is book two in the Together Duet and follows on from where book one left off. Aria is on bed rest after her head injury with Roman making sure she complies with the doctors orders. Roman lends us his point of view in this novel so we get to see where he is coming from, particularity with how over-protective he is.

Roman takes care of Aria but once her time is up, Aria is more than ready to get back to work. But Aria is receiving some concerning texts and has a stalker whose identity is unknown. Thus adding some suspense into the mix.

Although I did enjoy this book, I did have a few issues with some of the behaviours and situations. But none the less, it was an interesting read and kept me entertained.

What a captivating couple. As Aria needs to heal, Roman takes her to his home where she gets to meet his mother and sister. I love that Aria is a strong, independent woman which gives Roman a run for his money. He carries so much guilt for the death of his first wife which drives him to protect those he loves. Of course, this can be suffocating to those he loves even if he means well. Add in a mystery stalked for Aria and this is a great push-pull between the two of them as she pushes against his controlling ways to assert her independence. Will Roman ruin this relationship by not being able to bend? Will the stalker get to Aria? Will Aria find a balance with Roman’s controlling ways? I love the passion and intensity between these two which balanced well with the mystery. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.
