Este es un libro obsoleto. Los ejemplos de premiación con viajes al exterior y 1 mes de vacaciones son poco factibles en estos tiempos. Hablar de premios de 250 mil dólares a un solo empleado en una sola ocasión no es viable. Es posible que algunas prácticas funcionen con pequeñas empresas no tienen ninguna política de reconocimiento, pero para una persona en una empresa grande no es para nada aplicable. Debería dejar clara esta expectativa en la portada del libro para evitar perder el tiempo leyéndolo. En 2 ocasiones habla de la importancia de reconocer por logros específicos, a tiempo y proporcional. Ese es el único consejo que puede servir a un jefe novato, de resto son 141 páginas de imposibles. NO LEER!
