It's bread...

... but it's still not real bread. I tried similar recipes while on Paleo. The results were not missed - they were clearly poor. Low card bread is ok flavor and texturewise sometimes but it's never a comparison to a sandwich bread or French loaf.

Too many non-Keto recipes for the book title

Far too many non-Keto recipes in which a single serving is more than double the amounts of carb available on the Keto diet. Cookies might be over 45 grams of carbs, far more than my total daily carb requirements of 15 - 20 grams.

Some errors. Needs editing

I gave a 2 because there are some errors in recipes. Bake at 356 degrees for example on several. Some had ingredients or instructions unclear. Also not all recipes are gluten free. Caution!

Very informative for the Keto newbie.

I learned a lot about the substitute sweeteners and flours options. Be careful though, some of the recipes are NOT true keto! Keep an eye on the carb content.

Great!

I love many recipes in this book. Can't wait to try them. I did take one stairway because the carbs are not separated. I want to know net carbs.

Good Recipes

I enjoy reading this book. So many recipes to make and I will be making them after some Amazon shopping for ingredients that are not in my town.
