Cheyenne LaFleur loves to bake and teaches classes at a local cooking school on the weekend. Her day-job at Congressman Lincoln Pierce’s office is a means to an end.

What she really wants is to open a restaurant with her best friends. She plays along with the women in her office to win a coveted spot at a top-secret meeting in Vegas in spite of the fact she’s really not interested in pursuing her political career.

She treats the game as an opportunity for her to meet more men and have a lot of fun. She’s wild, impetuous and self-destructive.

Xander Moore has found Cheyenne through the school where she teaches on the weekend. He’s enlisted her aid in developing Ancient Sumerian recipes into modern adaptations for an exhibit and a class they can co-teach. Xander is looking for love and long-term romance from the moment they first meet.

Cheyenne has secrets and baggage keeping her from being honest. It’s so much easier to fool around with one-night stands instead of anything long-term. When Xander enters her life, she challenges him with all her baggage to scare him away, one piece at a time.

When Cheyenne’s game-playing backfires, she finds herself in the middle of controversy that could ruin everything she has worked for—the restaurant of her dreams and the love of her life.

This was another good read in the series. i did like how this had a little bit of mystery going on. Even though it wasn't cool what had actually happened. Thankfully she had help and was able to get it taken care of in the end. I look forward to seeing how this competition ends. I'm not sure if anybody actually has a BINGO yet.

This is the 6th book in the DC Knights series but can be read as a standalone as they all take place at the same time. There are hints as to things happening in the other books as they are interconnected by their game of Bingo. The women of Congressman Pierce's office are trying to decide who gets to an ultrasecret meeting in Las Vegas. They decide to play BINGO, where they have to kiss five different people of five specific jobs at five different DC monuments. Cheyenne's dream job is being a chef. She is one kiss away from winning BINGO when she meets Xander, an anthropologist, while helping him prep for a class he is teaching using recipes on tablets he unearthed at a site. There is romance and intrigue. a strong 4.5 stars.

Is Cheyenne the one to win BINGO or will she find love instead?
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This is my 5th book by Juno, and the 5th in this series. Cheyenne is working to fill out her whole BINGO card in the game that the women at work are playing. She is also working with Xander on a presentation at a Smithsonian gala via phone. When they finally meet at her cooking class, the electricity between them is intense. But Cheyenne has some past issues that keep her from committing to Xander. When Cheyenne tells all her secrets, will Xander stay? You have to read to find out and will enjoy the story!

A Review of Game On by Juno Chase

Cheyenne and Xander - 4 Stars

I LOVE the cover for this book - the colors pop just right and I really like the look on the face of the female model. As the next to last book in the series, this book gets us closer to finding out who will win the coveted spot of going to Las Vegas with Congressman Pierce. With the twists that are added to the story, the author keeps you invested in the series. Now, to get the last book to find out how things end.

Interesting. I kept turning the pages to see what was going to happen. Two different worlds mesh as Xander and Cheyenne turn their friendship into more. Cheyenne has to deal with her past while trusting Xander not to leave. Emotional and so much more than the initial game which started the series. Wish there was more of an epilogue for the couple. Maybe with the last book?
