Although this book is a mission's education tool and discussion starter on many topics related to cross-cultural missionary training, its main purpose is to challenge and inspire the reader to finish the task of reaching every people group with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in this generation. Jess Jennings has been a youth pastor and pastor. The Jennings family lives in the southern Philippines and has done church planting and community development since 1993 among rural and tribal Filipinos. I loved learning about mission heroes who have come before me.

“This world has seen what God can do through individuals totally surrendered to Him. The world has yet to see what God can do through you.”

Many of these individuals I was familiar with but not this in depth. Plus it offered journal entries from these people showing us a little about their lives.
Short read but worth it.
