Our heroine is the intern and she expresses some honest, but unpleasant, truths about the workplace to the boss, who she doesn't recognize. Fortunately, he
appreciates her honesty and sparks fly from there,

This story follows a bit of a formula. Both parties have an interest in the other, both have had bad experiences in their past, both don't want to screw things up for the future. And of course with this kind of baggage, they inevitably second guess events and fail to communicate, resulting in a rough patch in the middle of the story. Fortunately, they get stuck in an elevator and resolve their issues in a very satisfying way.

The elevator scene is hot and steamy, well worth the time to get past the angst.

Like all of Tia's stories, this is well written with solid characters and a single sex scene (although there is a bit of a teaser earlier). This one is also a bit longer than her norm.

The book indicates that there should be a sequel coming and I am really looking forward to the next chapter in the story. I am hoping we are past the miscommunications and now we can have fun.

Recommended for an afternoon read and eagerly waiting the sequel.

Lily started her internship with excitement especially since it paid well. Yet once she started working she couldn't believe how out dated the place looked. One day in the break room she shares her views with a co-worker not knowing that the big boss had entered the room. She continue talking with him before she realized who he was and was very embarrassed about it. Adam is drawn to Lily and not just because she is open and honest to him about his business. They have a connection but Lily thinks she misunderstood a moment and backs off which makes Adam shut down when it comes to her. When they get stuck on an elevator they finally talk out what was going on between them. Things heat up between them but will they be able to be together and Lily continue her internship?

This is part one in the series and leaves us open for more in the next book. The chemistry between Lily and Adam is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Lily and Adam. Lily is just looking to work as an intern in a hotel one day while having coffee with her coworker they start discussing things they would change in the hotel. Little does she know that the boss is right behind her. Adam has never had anyone talk to him so honestly about the hotel. He soon realizes she has no idea who he is and doesn't stop her. They both wonder the honesty they shared in that break-room can it lead to other places? Can they find a HEA or will it just be a case of wrong place wrong time?

This is a great story. It has its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

i read this book as part of an arc program. In this quick and steamy read, Lily is working as an intern at a hotel and she tells Adam how the hotel is outdated and people notice and comment on it to her, before she learned he was the owner of the hotel and her boss. Adam was surprised that he heard the truth about what people thought and he was smitten with Lily. Adam went out of his way to see her and his attraction to her grew. they began a friendship and when Adam called Lily to his office, they gave into their attractions. Lily was then scared she would lose her job and she began to avoid Adam. Adam was hurt and he wanted to know what happened. I liked Adam and Lily together and thought they had good chemistry and i liked they began as friends. I can't wait to read the next installment.

Tia Fox is doing it again, she's started what I feel like will be a great series between Billionaire Hotel owner of The Addington, Adam Anderson & Lilly an intern there for business.
It's pretty humorous when we hear her slating everything she sees wrong with the hotel to the unknown man who's come into grab a coffee.
We see these 2 have a connection though they have pasts that they find it hard to trust others truly. And it's during this final part of this part that we see things chance between them.
CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT...

*SPOILERS TAG*So Lily is working at a hotal that needs fixing up and is talking about it to a co worker,when Adam the billionaire boss walk's in.Lily doesn't know that he's her boss and tells him the same think.And another think they are hooot for each other,and dream about each other to,but Lily doesn't want to mess upthings for her by sleeping with Adam.But they get trapped in the elevator and talk things threw then its .Then things get really hooot in there between them.Its a great short story that hopefully continuous. Couldn't put it down til I finished it and hopefully you all enjoy it too.

Lily and Adam are great characters and I hope to get to know better. Ms Fox, the author, has made their attraction subtle instead of hitting us over the head with it...and I'm much appreciative. Also, I love the tease with their first encounter in Adam's office. It's sweet and erotic at the same time.
The storyline is not unique but I like the way its unfolding and where it leaves off. The author keeps it open to so many possibilities as to where she wants to take us along with Lily and Adam's relationship...and I can't wait.
Highly recommend.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review. This is my 3rd book by Tia and I love an author who writes in dual point of view. Lily is so over her cheating ex-boyfriend and heads to work at the hotel where she has an internship. During break, she tells her friend that the hotel needs to be renovated, unbeknownst that Adam, the owner enters the room. They are attracted to one another but they both try to avoid going any further. Will Adam and Lily take their interest to the next level? You have to read to find out, and will enjoy this short story.

Tia Fox has a knack for writing characters with little to no evelopment yet I can’t help but like them and wish for more and this one is no different. At the same time this little glimpse into Lily and Adam’s life is HOT HOT HOT. This is the perfect quick read that you can soak in a bubble bath and finish it before the water turns cold. If you are looking for a fun fast read that is just pure brain candy and requires no thought just enjoyment, this short read is made for you.

This is my first book by Tia Fox and I have to say this is very well written and the story extremely good. It is a short and fast paced story that is very good. I loved the characters and how well they are developed. Adam and Lily have great chemistry that is extremely hot. It draws you in and you can’t put it down until we reach the end. Can’t wait to see what happens in the next part. Definitely worth reading.

She is having a conversation and expressing some horrible truths about the company but she does not realise she is telling the boss. He is really great full for her honesty. They have some great chemistry but are reluctant to follow up on it as they have both had hurt in their pasts. They dont communicate properly so there are misunderstandings. Can they work it out and learn to communicate before it damages their relationship for good.

Warning, Lily and Adam might set your Kindle on fire. A steamy office romance that has plenty of sexy scenes and adventure. She's a breath of fresh air and just what the billionaire business owner needed. Some twists, trust issues and plenty of drama in this short story. This is the first book in the Billionaire's Redemption Series and is continued in the next book but ends with an HEA. I read a reader copy via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to write a review.

This story was quite short and steaming hot. What was there I liked but I just don´t ever like stories that end with them saying that it continues in a month in another story!!!. And simply because of that I took this story down by a star as I like the story other wise. I would maybe - very likely - given four stars had I known it in advance that this one is just the first of ?? how many?

Honesty

What happens when being honest at work with a co-worker (whom isn't who you think he is), changed everything at work. That's what this steamy quick story is about. I look forward to reading more from this author and series.

Hot and Sexy

This is a short sweet prelude to the next installment of Adam and Lily. His family owns the hotel where she has an internship. When the elevator breaks down they have a sexual encounter in the stalled elevator. This is a novella at best. While I enjoyed the story, Books I, II and III hardly a book make. I believe all three books total about 120 pages.

This was a fast easy read but I wished the characters could’ve been more developed felt flat hoping to gain more insight in the second book.
