Amateurish...couldn’t get past the first chapter.
The rambling description of his best friend’s relationship was ridiculously tedious and totally unnecessary for the development of the main characters. With each paragraph I became increasingly annoyed.

Worst book ever.........😭
And I have read a few doozies. DNF. This is the first time I really could not bring myself to finish a book. Especially sinds really its only a novella.
There are 2 things wrong with this book. The writing style, which made it hard to follow who was saying what. And the story itself. The characters didn't make sense and the story itself didn't either. The story is about two best friends and a baby sister of one of them. The baby sister is (almost) 21 in the book, lives with and works for her brother and mooches off of him for expensive shopping sprees. Why? If she is born with a silver spoon in her mouth AND she has a job, why? Second we have the brothers best friend and business partner of a very succesfull investment company. Why is the business parner/best friend living in the same house as these two? After alledgedly moving out of his parental home after he got tired of them attacking his non-commitment style of life. Why was he living with his parents, in the first place, if he can afford many luxury sports cars and private planes?
We never find out how old the brother and the best friend are, but I assume them being succesfull and all, means that they are older than 25. Why does the story have the little sister go off on them as if she were the elder?
Stupid. Thank God this was a free purchase.

This book proves that it doesn't matter how long you know someone, that you consider a best friend, you can develop feelings for them.
Frank is best friends and business partners with Leila's older brother, Edward. They were your typical hot playboys where Edward finally settled down and Frank refused too. He watched Leila grow from a kid into a beautiful young woman that was off limits to him. He comes up with a plan for her 21st birthday in hopes to show her the true player he really is only he wasn't prepared for what she had up her sleeve.
Leila's birthday was right around the corner and she was trying to shake off the school girl crush she had for Frank. They had the type of friendship where no subject was off limits so she knew all about his playboy was but it didn't change her feelings for him. When he surprises her with a trip to Vegas for her 21st she use's it as a way to get him to see what's been right in front of his face the whole time but will it backfire on her or go the way she hopes it will??
I absolutely love these two. The relationship that they have is one we all need in our life. There were times I was hysterical laughing and others I was shaking my head at them. I would love to see more of these two in the future to see how they grow as a couple.

i read this book as part of an arc program. In this book, Frank and Edward are business partners and have always been playboys until Edward settled down and got married. Edward's sister Lelia and Frank are close and have a relationship where they talk about everything. Frank talks about his conquests and Lelia has always had feelings for him. When Lelia turns 21, Frank knows he has to show Lelia he isn't good enough for her and she should find someone else. Frank surprises Lelia with a trip to Las Vegas for her birthday where he hopes to show her he really is not good for her. Lelia has other ideas and she wants Frank to finally admit he has feelings for her. When they get to Vegas, Frank has a harder time ignoring Lelia and denying his feelings. I loved the way Lelia and Frank bantered together and i love how Frank finally admitted things. I think they really loved each other and were good together. Good one.

Man, one thing you can always count on is never being disappointed anything Claire has written. This bad boy right here is no different. She has a gift with words that she wields as skillful as surgeon with his scalpel. So much depth and imagination she pulls you into her the world she creates for our entertainment. Her characters are well developed, believable and strong. The plots strategic and always action packed and mesmerizing. The scenes graphically detailed they come alive before your eye. Claire does an exceptional job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Fantastic job Claire.

This book grabs you from the first page. What a great story. There were 3 great friends Frank, his best friend Edward and Edwards little sister Leila.
Franks has had feeling for Leila for a while but hides it by sleeping with loads of woman as he doesn’t want to lose his friendship with Leila or Edward.
Leila has had a crush on Frank for ages and try’s to catch franks all the time. Trying to tempt Frank over youths idea or giving their relationship a go.

This is a happy romance with a fiesty women and playboy sexy man. I love every book that Claire Angel writes she always gives us a sexy romantic story. Frank is happy playing the field that´s what he keeps telling himself, he and Edward used to go out and womanize together but now Edward is married nothing is the same. Frank knows Leila has had a crush on him so when he surprises her for her birthday things don´t go the way he thought they would, what will happen when they give in. will Edward be happy when he learns about Frank and Lelia.

A wonderfully well written captivating best friend younger sister sexy romantic love story. Frank and Edward are best friends and partners. Leila has had a crush on Frank forever, even saving her virginity for him. Frank fighting his feeling as he has watched Leila become a women doesn't want to cause problem with her brother, but they can talk about everything. Frank has been attracted to his best friend's younger sister for some time, but out of loyalty & respect for his best friend and their family, he's resigned himself to finding someone else. However, Laila has her own ideas about him avoiding her, and will make sure he notices her as they journey to Vegas together for her birthday.
I really didn't enjoy this book as much as I expected to. I found myself skimming through the pages and passing over dialogue. I didn't feel that much of a connection between the characters, either.

A short story about "your one" being in front of you from the start. Now the journey commences to find someone for both the main male and female characters. These two are close as friends and needle each other about their romances. One away trip settles the matter for these two and they achieve their happy ever after with "their one".
Extremely sensual scenes throughout that this reader felt were somewhat over-played. However this read was enjoyable.

You'll love the story of Leila and Frank. She's always had a crush on him, but he thinks he's off limits as he's best friends with her older brother. Wow, the chemistry between them is off the charts and I loved their back and forth banter. A twenty-first birthday trip and lots of twists. A great book that was fun to read. Sexy and enchanting. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

I really did not enjoy this book as much as I would have liked to. I found myself skimming through the pages and passing over dialogue. I didn't feel a connection between the characters. They annoyed me a lot. She is a spoiled brat that always gets what she wants. He is a manwhore. They both very much needs to mature. It was sometimes a confusing and weird story.
It is very short and easy to read. It had potential to be much more than it is.

I rated this book a 5 because it had a good plot and was easy to follow. Frank and Leila were good friends but she was his best friend's little sister so she was off limits. Leila wants him to know that she's not a little girl anymore and has a mind of her own. Romance is in the air. I would recommend this book to anyone over 18 interested in a good read. I received this ARC book free in exchange for an honest review.

This book is not one of my favorites from this author. There wasn’t much challenge between Laila and Frank and he just gives in to her. So much for being a bad boy.

The story is interesting but I really think that the dialogues are over developed and the that the reader doesn't feel the characters at all. This could become a great novel if it were developed some more.

Confusing/rushed
The overall story concept was sweet;however many times i was left feeling something was missing. Parts of the story felt rushed and a bit childish. Which sometimes led me to wonder if i could complete the story.

This was a OK read, I don't know what bothered me more the lacking descriptions, or the choppy wording. I didn't care for the female in this story she seemed very childish then turned into a b*tch, and at times in the story seemed abusive. Not my type of story.

I wanted to like it more than I did. The characters were ok, but not very believable. The plot was also a predictable and i slow, this is ok.
