A book about time travel

Plus it's a Scottish Highlander romance. Plus it's under 200 pages! Plus it's not part of the Gabaldon series! Score! Too bad it was just ok.

Ciaran: A Time Travel Romance (Dunskey Castle Book 11), my fourteenth read from author Jane Stain, an author I've wanted to read since I began acquiring her books back in 2017 and finally got around to in the last couple of months. I got this book back in August of this year & am just now getting around to reading it as I've committed to reading the Dunsky Castle series in its entirety. I look forward to the next book from her, Baltair: A Time Travel Romance (Dunskey Castle Book 12). Each book is a complete story woven into a romantic epic. What really gets me going is narrator Andrew McDermott, I love his Irish brogue, it adds to the enjoyment of the tale. “I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Each new book in the Dunskey Castle time travel series by Jane Stain impoves on the last 5 star book. I have no problem with having to second guess the dialect of the Scottish. This story is about the love and adventure of Ciaran and Nadia; the love more endearing and the adventure more exciting than the ten preceding books! Nadia uses her quick wit spying on the Cameron Clan with Ciaran and the magical halberd he lifted from Eion (John) and the Celtic University of the present day, while dreaming of living with Ciaran and the Murray Clan in the year 1706. i love this author. This story was a great edition. man everything is getting crazier and crazier. all these stories are connected but they are also standalones. i highly recommend reading from the beginning on because with interconnected stories you get a real feel for the characters and whats going on

Life in 1706 Scotland. Nadia sneaks back to the past to be with Ciaran. They both end up being servents and spies in the household with the evil Druid child.

I enjoyed the links in this book to the songs. This series is enjoyable without a lot of "adult" material.
