This book was very effective in helping me learn how to pair foods together to achieve a truly balanced diet. When I follow this plan, I have plenty of energy, I sleep better, and I lose weight AND keep the weight off. I recommend thus book to anyone who wants to eat better and feel better without following a dietary fad.

I liked some of the recipes but think this would be a difficult health plan to follow, not everyone in the family eats the same portions (which is understandable) but you have to weigh or measure everything you eat. I understand the concept but don't think it is user friendly

This method is just like the Zone. What's handy about this book are the recipes - lots of them and they're yummy so far.

I've tried their fat flush for only a week but I feel great and have already seen results!
