The lead-off chapter, the 25th, "Cherokee" was amazing. After that. it was mostly character development, slow paced chapters. But the way it started strong, set the tone for the volume, and you just continue with the heady feeling till the end.

Ce manga est une merveille! Ishizuka créé des personnages avec tant d'humanité et de bienveillance qu'ouvrir un des tomes de Blue Giant devrait être médicalement prescrit en cas de baisse de moral.

Ogni volta che penso di essere leggermente migliorato come scrittore, leggo un manga che mi fa capire quanto sia ancora lontano dal potermi anche solo definire tale. A questo giro, quel manga è stato Blue Giant.
Ma come dice un personaggio in questo volume, temo di aver perso il momento giusto per smettere.

5/5 solo perché non si può mettere un voto più alto.

Toujours très bien, peut-être un peu moins fan que les 3 premiers. Il manque un poil d’actions et j’ai encore un peu de mal à m’adapter au nouvel environnement de Dai qui bouscule nos repères et qui, aux premiers abords, n’a pas l’air des plus accueillants. Mais la fin s’annonce très prometteuse et nous introduit un personnage que j’ai hâte de connaître!! Je compte pas m’arrêter de si tôt!
