**This box set contains the complete Stardust Series, as well as several exclusive bonus scenes. Stardust is a reverse harem romance.**
Autumn is a lifelong bookworm with a penchant for sarcasm. She loves cloudy days, fluffy dogs, and murdering succulents. When she isn't bringing daydreams to life on the page, she can be found behind the lens of a digital camera or binge-watching Veronica Mars.
I love the journey found in these pages. From the first page to the last, the characters journey is amazing. The ups and downs, the emotional highs and lows as the main character navigates who she is and her feelings make this story very realistic. This is my third read through, and I know it won't be my last!
Contemporary RH is hard to write because you have can't just explain away the relationship with magic or alternative settings but those are the same reasons that when done right, it is so very good to read.
To me the relationship dynamics and how the characters evolve to a point where you as a reader can see it working is one of the biggest draws to the genre but this series puts the focus on the dynamics of the company and Haley's father's crusade against the man who killed his wife and partner whilst driving him and his daughter into hiding.
And don't get me wrong, those parts tell a good story and are well written but so much attention is given to those plot points you could easily take out the RH grouping and not very much would change. The relationships feel more like a hinderance to those plots as so much time is wasted by Haley over the 'I want/don't want' this debate that it steals the characters attention to a point where they seem to be blindsided time and time again despite it being stated that they are the best and most efficient unit/team.
Unfortunately that means the RH side of things is neglected, making for a slow burn that feels like a foot of wick for a one inch candle. You are nearly three books in before the relationship become actual relationships while the first two books are devoted to the idea that she likes them all and MIGHT date one, if only she could chose and then she goes back and forth on not being able to chose between waffling over if they even like-like her or not. Some of the character's don't even get their first night until the last book in the series while others are given way more consideration despite Haley constantly saying that she has to do better to make sure everyone gets their fair share of time and attention. It really felt like the last half of the last book is where all the group stuff happened and even then it felt like a bunch of sex scenes were just shoved in as filler.
Another big no for me was the fact that a member of the group bails. I won't go into spoilers but their issues boil down to the no dating Haley ban (book 1) and frustration and feeling unheard/dismissed within the group career-wise. Haley discusses this exact issue with the group head but nothing ever come of it but a throw-in nod way later in the series. This is exactly the kind of issue that could unite the group because it would show them making a commitment not to just Haley but also each other instead the authors chose to let him go with the barest amount of effort put into finding out what's wrong or trying to convince him to stay.
So if you're wanting a RH where the focus is the group and doesn't treat it like a sub-plot, this isn't the book for you. If you like RH's with great character building and growth both as individuals and as a group, this isn't the book for you.
I truly got lost in this series with its intriguing plots, kidnap, murder, and more. What a lovely way to wile away the blues of being unwell by reading such a wonderful story.
The same scenarios were repeated over and over and over. I thought I'd never get through it and predicted the ending half way through Haley's incessant whining about her boy issues. Ugh.
Haley has spent almost all of her 18 years secluded, hidden from the rest of the world. Now on her birthday, there is only one thing that she truly wants; answers. What happened to her mom? Why do they live like this? Why are they not safe? Despite his misgivings, her father tells her the truth. The next day he is missing, their house burns in front of her eyes, and she is 'kidnapped' by a private security team once they figure out that her life is in danger. Team Jaguar of Zenith. Knox, Ethan, Chase, Theo, Jackson, and Liam. Before she knows it, she is whisked away to Santa Cruz, living under the protection of the team in one of their houses, and working at their company. The guys may be able to keep her safe physically but she's at a distinct risk of losing her heart to each and every one of the guys.
This box set contains the complete Stardust Series, as well as several exclusive bonus scenes told in the guy's POV. It covers a two-year time frame where Haley's life is turned upside-down from the threat against her life and the threat of losing her heart to Team Jaguar. This is a contemporary RH full of romance and suspense. The storyline is full of twists and turns and plenty of uncertainty and danger. It's intelligent writing that never cheats the reader and takes the easy way out. It's a compelling, suspenseful thriller. The characters are wonderful!! Haley is a lovely, intelligent strong female and Team Jaguar is magnificent. All are intelligent, strong, brave, protective, loving, and gorgeous. Theo is a retro-look- loving, best friend, Chase is the all-American golden boy, Liam is a classic British gentleman, Jax is a domineering leader, and Knox is a huge, gruff teddy bear. We won't talk about Ethan. Knox and Jax are my favorites but I'm sure each reader will embrace their own personal choice. The true strength of the book comes from the relationships. They work at every level. The sexual attraction, the friendships, the conflicts all ring true. Anxiety, confusion, guilt, lust, jealousy; those wonderful flutters you get when you're around someone you're starting to fall in love with. The relationships progress naturally at different speeds between the different guys. The path to HEA is not always smooth but so, so worth it.
The Stardust series is one of my favorite RH Series. This was a re-read and I possibly loved it, even more, this time around. To me, it's pretty close to romantic perfection. It's beautifully crafted; a fantasy of the best kind. The additional POV's included in this set add even more excellence. They are sweet, sexy glimpses into the men's thoughts that made me love them even more (except for Ethan). Trust me, you will too. This series is a must for any RH lover.
Was very 50/50 with this book? When I started to read it I had no idea of the story only that I do love a saucy RH book full of great men and romance. This book didn't exactly tick in the first 3 books any of romance that I've got from other books, it took a very long time for any romance to develope which I'll be honest was so depressing in the beginning. Let's be honest as women we want to escape in a book especially when its offering 6 sexy men lol however I persisted and the story was good and the main characters ie the guys for me won me over as each one had a special quality you couldn't help fall in love with. I was a little upset with regards to a certain character becoming the bad guy? Didn't think that was written well as he was the main one at the beginning who treated her the best (your know which one I mean) It was in book 4 that for me it got juicy and the characters and the romance started and the story line really picked up to another level. I couldn't put this book down and hated going to work each day only looking forward to my break :) if you want a slow RH which takes a little more time then give this series a go , it's worth it x
I bought the box set and read through the whole thing from start to finish. I'm glad that I did because I don't know if I would have continued past book 1 otherwise. Book 1 was ok. But not the best of the series. This series built and built and did not disappoint in the end. But you need to be patient and keep reading. Totally satisfied. Plenty of heat, even though you have to wait for it. Heaps of suspense, drama and action. Thoroughly enjoyed immersing myself in this series. Now I know what the hype was about. The only thing that didn't sit well with me was the outcome with Ethan. Him finding interest in Venessa at the end was just a low blow. Would have been better to keep him pining after Haley, or even connecting with Jess? It just felt like he turned to the 'dark side'. A bit conflicting with him coming back from being the bad guy.
I received this as a recommendation from a goodreads friend. I was hesitant to read it because though I do like romance I tend to skip the "lemon" parts and it was labeled a reverse harem romance. Honestly? It's not even about the romance or anything like that. It's mostly a girl trying to adjust to life outside in the world after being sheltered for so long. And before you get any ideas, there was NO lemon parts until the last book. It's mostly just action and getting along with everyone. I was really surprised by that because most books of this calibre, just end up with mindless lemon parts after the first book. But nope! This series ended up different and wow I wish most romance books put this much effort into building a bond between characters.

Because of my personal life, my reading time is nowhere close to what it used to be, so this box set took me quite awhile to read. I loved the fact that there were bonus scenes included with each book. I had previously purchased and read the first book, but it had been a long time, so I reread it before moving on. I didn't really spot many errors as I was reading, and it was easy to dive into Haley's world and escape from my own. I have a feeling that Haley and her guys will be staying with me for a long time to come. Congratulations on a great set of books, Autumn Reed and Julia Clarke!
After reading more than my fair share is RH books, I stumped across these books, and I'm so pleased i did! From the first few chapters I was hooked, One of the best rh books I've read so far.. And actually sad that they've come to the end, and am mourning the characters already, Loved all the twists that the book brought with it, my heart was in my throat more times than not, and i laughed along with the amazing story line,
This is a great series, especially for someone who is interested in entering the reverse harem genre. Definitely slow burn, and eases into it being reverse harem. The story is so well written and the character development makes you fall in love with each character so much that you do not even notice how long the series is. Once I started I couldn’t put down my iPad.
I’m the worst at finishing series that have more than three books to them infamous for never reading a final book or taking months to do it. I read this series from start to finish in three days- every chance I could take for reading I spent on this one that’s how hooked I was. It even hit a lot of things I usually don’t care for in books- super slow burn, a long separation in book four- and yet none of that phased me or slowed me down with this series. LOVED it!
I have previously read this series over and over again. I would reread it every time a new book came out. Now that it is in this convenient box set is fantastic and all the bonus scenes are phenomenal! This is still one of my all time favorite RH series and if I were Haley I wouldn't be able to choose either.
Reading the books individually is great but I loved rereading them all again in a box set. All the books are together and you get the continuous flow of the story without having to look for the next book. The Stardust series is amazing and a must read if you love RH.
I fell in love with all of Haley’s men, and how they all make her a well rounded character, each pulling on another aspect of her making her feel like a real person The bantering between Knox and Theo, Liam and Jackson, Chase’s calm makes you fall head over heels because they all seem so real, there’s no way you can’t fall in love with them!
I absolutely love this series. I've read this series multiple times and it keeps getting better. So much character growth throughout the series. Each of the guys has their own appeal without being cliche. The set up/storyline is believable. So good. One of the better author pairings.
This had all the angst and plot twists and love that I typically look for. Well written characters and storyline. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I like a little more medium to fast burn and this is slow burn. Although that fits with the characters history so doesn’t take away from the books.
I couldn't make it very far into book 1...main character makes stupid decisions, even after she finds out these boys who were looking for her and her dad, she stays with them...even after her dad said people were after them. They kidnap her after drugging her...and she goes okay, it's fine. Like wtf? Np. Not cool. Not fine. Weak character.
Where to start. I had the books but this collection is so amazing. There are added scenes to the book. I love the dynamic between Haley and her guys. I am so in love with the caracters so thumbs up to Julia and Autumn. It is RH so Haley ends up with multiple guys. It's contemporary so no supernatural powers but that makes this series amazing.
Contemporary. Rh. Spys. Omnibus. Box set. My favorite contemporary reverse harem series. Haley and the guys are amazing. Even if you broke my heart Eathan, I still love you.
I've read this series maybe twice already before the books were available in just one download. The bonus scenes were a wonderful incentive to read the series again!
This series will take you on such a journey. A reverse harem, each guy you meet is completely different and you will find your self torn about which one you love the most. A brilliant 5 star read I will 100% revisit and read this series again
Despite the (very) slow burn of this series, it was fantastic and kept my attention! The story was very well written and had great character development. I couldn't wait to read more. I would love to see more stories about Haley and her sexy six pack!
This is my third read through of this series. Because there is just something captivating about the chemistry between Haley and her men. Add to that intrigue, danger and suspense - it's a marvelous story.
I love everything about this series!!! Awesome for someone who likes the Ghost Bird series with a HEA at the end. I have read these books multiple times and still catch myself smiling at the characters as I read. Can not recommend this enough!
I enjoyed reading this book, it surprised me and I enjoyed that it was a slow burning complex emotions love story. I look forward to reading more books by Autumn Reed in the future.
I absolutely loved this series.. I'm obsessed with RH books.. This is one of my favorites.. Its hard to find some with a great story line.. And this did not disappoint me at all.. Love love love!:)
My first series by both writers and I loved it. It has everything from an extraordinary heroine to the hot, sexy men that fall in love with her. So hard to put down when I had to. Definitely enjoyed their story.
On par with Ghost Bird and Veil diaries. Gentle young love, several hot young men, a bit of a cos and robbers. So glad I found it. Such a comforting reading.
I enjoyed reading this series and I love when a book set comes out because I can binge and I love binge. I love the characters and the writing was good and I was pleasantly surprised with this series.
