One of the better books I've read in some time. I didn't really know what to expect with these books. Once I started reading the 1st one, I was sucked into the story 100%. I like that the 1st book focused on Cass, the 2nd book focused on Chloe and the last one focused on Katie. All three were different stories all woven together. There were lots of twists, action and mystery in the stories. I think they would even make a good movie. I will look for other stories by Wendy Saunders. I enjoyed her style of writing. Well worth the read!

I really enjoyed this series. It hit the ground running and didn't slow down. I love it when the action starts right away and continues through the book. These books need to be read in order to get to know all the characters, which were well developed in my opinion. I would recommend these books. There is some sex scenes but its very limited and the language was only bad in one book. It was not extreme.

Good story. I listened to the audiobook & just fast-forwarded thru the sex scenes. Seemed long, having all 3 at once—maybe partly bcuz Audible doesn’t indicate on the chapter list where each book ends. Also bcuz I was recovering from surgery & kept falling asleep & frequently had to go back to the last thing I remembered. The reader emotes well, but has several words she pronounces oddly. e.g. “epitome”.

Brilliant!
From start to finish the books had me gripped. I’m an avid reader, yet it has been some time since I have been as engrossed in a book as I have been with these. The plot twists and turns and just when you think you’ve grasped it, an unexpected surprise takes it in another direction. Such a shame it had to end!

Great read..
Oh my word! The Carter Legacy grabs you hook line and sinker and just yanks you right out of the boat into the water!
