Lachlan McLean sets out to free Ivy Tennent from the clutches of Aegir, the God of the Sea. However, Lachlan quickly finds himself pitted against supernatural powers mightier than anything he imagined possible. Where can he find the power to save his own life, much less defeat the Sea God at his own game? Once Ivy leaves the undersea world, the hypnotic power entrancing her falls away. She realizes she never loved Aegir, but she can’t go home to her own world, either. Just when she and Lachlan find each other, circumstances beyond their control threaten to tear them apart. Facing such devastating forces, can Lachlan and Ivy overcome unspeakable odds to preserve their fledgling love from destruction?
What more can I say about this series. Just one of the best romance adventures yet. Great characters and storytelling all though the series. Loved all of it and I highly recommend it
Ivy and Alexis did a spell together and Ivy ended living in the sea. She was to marry King Aegir. The king gave her a mirror to see things above the water. Her eyes were on Lachlan. Lachlan fights the king to free Ivy. Lachlan has powers like the king because the king is his grandfather. The king wins but Ivy takes his trident and stabs him then Lachlan makes a deal with the king that they never fight again and the king can take Lachlan’s powers and rule his underwear. On their way to the castle hundreds of little dragons attaché them. After fighting them Alexis appears and in a blink of an eye she rids them but she goes away also. As long as Alexis isn’t around nothing happens. Ivy and Lachlan marry and things are peaceful.
I read the whole series it was a wonderful series! Great characters to entangle you in the story. Wonder If there will be a book seven? Recommend to anyone!
