I really like shifter stories, but this barely had a plot. The grammar was very poor, but I still wanted to like the story...except the author told me there was conflict but nothing happened except a whiny woman who acted like a child. This isn't what I was promised and as an added insult, the story wasn't finished. I wouldn't have added it to my library of it had been mentioned it was a story written by someone who slept through English glass but managed to charge into the "love" scenes with a poor idea of how they should be written. Next time buy a grammar book and hire an editor.
Ford is trying to make sure that the clan is safe and the only to do that he had to make an alliance with the wolf pack. To do that he was to marry the daughter of the Alpha of the pack. So he decided to had one last night of freedom. Amelia Had always known that her father would arrange her marriage in the future and now was that time. So one last fling was on the cards for her. Great continuation of this series with a few twist that aren't a surprise and some that are, it also tells you to not jump to conclusions when you see something.
Ford’s clan is still having problems with the Coyotes and decides to approach the Wolf pack for help. The Wolf Alpha’s conditions, is that Ford marry his daughter. After an unfortunate beginning, Ford and Amelia think all will be fine until Amelia sees something at the Club one night. Will Ford be able to explain the situation enough to satisfy Amelia? Enjoyable storyline, lots of fun dialogue, strong characters, make this a book well worth reading.
I hope the author reads this as it is meant to be positive. I gave the book a rating of four because there were so many errors that I could not give a five star review. She really needs someone to proof read as sentence structure left a lot to be desired. Some sentences frankly are so clumsy that it made the book hard to read. The overall story is entertaining and that is why I gave it four stars.
I didn't think the Coyote's would give in so easily. I loved the passion and chemistry between Ford and his mate. Amelia is a spit fire and an alpha female all the way. Ford got the perfect mate, although she is hotheaded.
I 💘 love her stories. She has a touch that brings the characters to life like they are real and warm bloodied. Granted there is always a snag that adds to the enrichment of the the tale but warmth and love always makes it a great 👍 read.
Quick read, yes. Suspenseful, yes. Extremely sexy, yes. Passion filled, yes. Strong Alpha, yes. Romantic moments, yes. Like this book had everything I was looking for---seriously. Getting ready now to read it again. Hope you enjoy it too!
Well...This story of Ford's just fit right in with the others. Simple but just right. I'm hoping the series will continue but thinking this is the end.
