Extraordinary Hope is a uniquely great devotional. The idea of how our lives would be different if we focused on hope is a really interesting premise to explore. The writing style is both bold and informative and the author makes you think! This is an inspiring read that would be great to share with a friend or loved one!

Great daily devotion to renew hope in God

I read this daily for 30 days every morning. It's a great way to start the day. At the end of the book (on the 30th day) I really do have a renewed hope in Jesus, renewed relationship with him. I would definitely redo this devotion all over again to keep reminding myself of the hope I have in him.

I like to think of myself as a pretty optimistic person, but life can get you down sometimes. We are surrounded by negativity and bad news that will lead you to think we're a hopeless generation. Elizabeth Ann Wallace’s Extraordinary Hope devotional reminded me that God-centered hope is critical day-by-day. By turning to Him in ALL things, we can find hope no matter what. She brought together real-life stories of people overcoming some of the worst tragedies alongside Scripture and anecdotes to paint a picture of REAL HOPE. I would find myself meditating on the scriptures she included. If you’re looking for a little light or just want to consistently connect with the hope of Christ, read this book!
