This book is loaded with all kinds of information and fun facts. With questions at the end of each lesson to help you think about what your learning. This is a good book for any kid in high school. Or just to pick up and read for fun ;)

This book is very special because my freshman teacher gave it to me. I loved the illustrations and learning how to take care of the beautiful human body.
