Providing students with small steps of freedom in their new practice provides them with an increasing self confidence and reassurance that they are acquiring necessary and useful skills. Sharing the moment of discovery with a student is what I find so rewarding. Really enjoyed this little book!

I nice introduction to what nursing education really requires. Simple and light to read. A good place to start if you’re thinking about becoming a nurse educator
