I really like this author and the Blossom Street stories! The only problem I had was that it's actually four separate books in one volume, and it took me almost forever to finish it. I really liked all the characters and felt I got to know them in a way, since they all appeared throughout all four books. I'm kind of looking forward to a "volume two" of this genre, if one is coming out soon.

This is the story of challenges and women helping women to identify & achieve their goals. The shop owner takes a chance, but it is not her first challenge. The others are drawn in for a variety of reasons, bringing very different women together.

I really enjoyed this series and I am looking forward to the next several in the series. At first, Susannah's Garden bothered me because of the way it had mostly new characters from the first 2 books but it was a good book on it's own and everything came together by book 4.
