Definitely deserves 5 stars.

This book will change your way to see everything. It speaks very important topic - confidence, how it works, how to gain it, etc. Written in very easy English, neat layout and got summary page at the end of each chapter just in case you need a quick flip-through to remind yourself.

I didn't realize how confidence affect so many aspects of my life. It even gives the islamic view of things, which I love. After reading this books, it makes me wanna embrace my fears and most importantly, lead me back to my old dreams : to be someone who has influence; to work to greatness.

In this book, the author answered sooo many of my questions, sooo many of my doubts, my unnecessary thoughts. It's like a special book written for me to realize many things, positive things about life. I underlined and put so many sticky flags. Every chapters were told in a very easy way and feels like directly communicated heart to heart.

I believe it's a book that will benefit you too :)

The content is targeted and most suitable for teenagers aged 15 and above. The period where we are prone to have unnecessary worries and easily give into other's influence blindly. With an easy to comprehend language, the author guide readers to divert all the lingering worries and fear to the right place/perspective.

4/5 ⭐ highly recommended for those who are still skeptical about their inner and outer confidence. Not only focused on how you talk, but also how you perceive things; a plethora of relatable issues that you wont even aware of but the the perks of the author being a counselor penned them all down, such an eye-opening read. For students/learners, this book hits close to home.

Unshakeable is definitely a book that will change your perspective, it let you explore beyond what you had chosen to see before -- especially when it comes to self-confidence that most of us could definitely find it relatable in our daily encountered situations.

How many of us had let go of opportunity before our eyes in result of fear and uncertainty -- this book put those things into perspective in absolute easier and simpler way for better understanding for the readers.

This book is put into two parts; first part to talk about ways to building confidence and the second part talked about the type and situation that put most of us into nervousness in life.

Emotion such as nervousness is a part of human being, to control it is what ones really needed to do to face the reality of life, and not by trying to remove it.

This book was published at the right time for me. The contents are simple yet I never thought about it. I would totally recommend it for those who need ‘someone to remind’ them about being oneself and confidence.

What people think of you?

While you were too busy thinking about what others think of you, they are too busy thinking about what others think of them.

The first half/ Part 1 of the book was... just okay. Simplified and easy to understand but nothing new for me. More like a reminder on what to do or not to do to have more self confidence. Part 2 is more interesting. I'd wish there were more.

If you wish to build self-confidence, and you have a lot of things that make you anxious, this book is for you!
-
❓Have you ever felt nervous? I am and I am sure you do too. No matter how confident you are, you will get nervous sometime as life constantly brings you some unexpected challenges.
-
📍The key to handle anxiousness is to control it, not by removing it because WE. SIMPLY. CAN'T. REMOVE. it 😌.

🔖This book tells us WHY we get nervous and HOW to control it by understanding how our mind works because it all starts with the mind.
-
📝What I like about this book is it is based on real-life experience of the writer himself and it motivates me to believe that I can achieve the impossible!
-
I have been always doubting myself and socially anxious especially when I had to speak in front of people! Although my social supports know that I have the talent and potential inside of me, still, it feels so hard to get out of my comfort zone 😭 but thanks to myself for making the first step & my social supports for keep believing in me to grow🦋.
-
I love how well-written this book is (menusuk ke hati gituu 💘 ).

▶️"We need to learn to accept mistakes as normal part of learning. It is through learning from mistakes that we grow into a better person. Don't obsess over perfection. Instead, focus on improvement" - Aiman Azlan.
-
Now it makes sense why I was so scared to try new things before. That is because I was afraid of failure and always strive for perfection. Although it is clear that we will never be perfect 😌.
-
🔖This book has 2 parts:
1. How to Build Self-Confidence (it is mostly about how to understand how your mind-emotion work to change the way your perceive yourself, others and the word)

2. Nervousness in Life (The writer shares about the issues that is mostly relevant to students and young adults such as worrying about examination scores, study choices, fear of speaking in English, and being unmarried at the age of 30!)
-
The first step is always the hardest. Take it slowly but consistently. Be patience with yourself. Always be the best motivator of yourself 🥰

🌟5
P/S: kena beli buku "unbreakable" lepas ni 👀

Thank you for such a great motivation for this end of the year for me. I've train myself to be positive for years since primary school, and it turn out to be successful. Everyone seems kind and my life is always less stressful than any of my friends in any way until something happened in my life few years back. all my positivity had gone and changed over time. I never got a chance and even try to get consultation from anyone authorized.

It's hard to get the vibes back, I'm sure InsyaAllah someday I could grab it back. Thanks for such positivity I got from the books, may Allah shower the author and producer with His blessings all the time. ameen.

I train my english too by reading Aiman Azlan's writing and videos.
I am sure someday I'll re-read some of the meaningful words again as a reminder.

If you are in 30s and you still lost in life (especially when you try to reset your life and come back stronger), you're not gonna learn something new here. It's all the things you already know and it's gonna be a gentle reminder for you only.

I think the title can be added with "for teenagers" or "for young adults".

What I appreciated:

- An easy read, clearly targeted to the youth (ie. university students and younger).

- Addresses many issues that young Malaysians can relate to: emotional intelligence, fear, lack of confidence, close-mindedness.

- The author shares a little bit of his experience of studying and working, in the second half of this book.

What can be improved:

- A bit more editing on the publisher's behalf — somehow this book reads like a speech transcript, which is understandable considering the author is a speaker and vlogger. But as a reader, I put high standards and expectations on books. I feel like the length of writing could have been cut down considerably.

- More research and references to strengthen his points. I would've appreciated more quotes, stories, and studies, even second-hand ones.

- More inclusion of the Islamic point of view on the topics. There were some mentions of istikharah and our role as Muslims, etc but there were some missed opportunities especially in the first section. Looking forward to improvements in the author's next book(s) inshaAllah!

Aiman Azlan's Unbreakable talks about building confidence. Youth nowadays usually doubt their capability to do great things. This book teaches us to go outside our box. That hiding away isn't good for it is synonymous to being a coward. It also enlightens us that struggles, hardships, and disappointments aren't dead end. You have to stand up, if you fall, stand again--and that is self-improvement. Mistakes are part of learning, the important thing is, you learn from your mistakes. The aim is not be perfect, but to embrace your imperfection and make it as your firm ground to stand amidst everything that's shaking you.

This work makes you realize that success has many faces. You aren't defined by failure for failing is part of learning. To commit mistakes is okay but what's not okay is beating yourself about it. Move one, learn from it and be unshakeable.

At first, I thought this books speaks about how to be confident to speak in front of others. As Aiman Azlan is really famous with his project "Speak Up".

After finishing this good book, it told us about how to build our inner confidence (or i can say as how to believe in yourself). Its help me a lot.

Somehow I felt my level of confidence drop at the lowest point after graduating. I do rely so much on others' positive words and encouragement for me to keep believing in myself.

But I grateful enough to have those friends that always be there and push me to appreciate myself better.

And all these things were nicely written in this piece from Aiman Azlan.

Thanks for the good book Aiman. Thanks for the great content IMAN. 🤗

This is a really great book for people like me. Although it’s targeted for English stuff mainly but I think it’s applicable to other domains like maths! You know apart from English, there are students who’s not that confident doing maths.

However, there are a few parts where I feel like reading an English essay, I don’t know why. Kinda platonic. I guess the author could ameliorate this because it feels like a loophole.

But, there are parts that got me like “Yeah you’re right. That’s it.”

In conclusion, I enjoy reading this :)

From the first 10 pages I got the answer why this was one of the best-selling books.
Personally I already knew (or more like already had the knowledge) about the tips (or whatever the correct term is..) that were written in the book.

But to have someone writing it down in a brilliant way and aspects, reminds me that I can be a better version of myself by possessing greater skills or overcoming greater challenges than those I’ve already done.

Karya kedua saya baca lepas Unbreakable. Jujurnya saya lebih suka karya Unbreakable. Mungkin buku tu sesuai untuk fasa dewasa manakala Unshakeable macam fasa student gitu but saya tak maksudkan buku ni limited to certain age. Buku beliau sesuai dibaca semua peringkat golongan cuma taste saya fikir begitu. Banyak point bagus but more like general one. Suka semua tips yang diberikan. He is really a great motivator. Thank you for your sharing. Lets build inner confidence!

This book ,as much as it suggest the 'how-to's, it also encourages critical thinking because sometimes being confident is not a fast, easy, black & white matter. There's no magic here, only practical approaches being recommended and myths about self-confidence being debunked. So, if you haven't purchased this or even read any of his books, you are definitely missing out!

I thought this book was about tips on how to tackle nervousness in front of crowds, but I was totally wrong. This book was even better as it covers all forms of nervousness in our life. I really like the choice of words, the writing style is so easy to understand; it's straightforward and I believe everyone from each age group can benefit something from this book.

Easy to understand, messages achieved! I was first attracted to the book cover; the urge need! Surprisingly the contents provides beyond expectation. This is so far one of my top favourite non-fictions. If only it is smaller, i might consider put it in my pocket as guidelines! It offers an open-minded theory and perspective in how we see actually see things.

A simple book with a great explaination about confidence.

I love how Aiman Azlan wrote about the confidence in this book.

This book told us that we have power to control our mind.
