Homeward by Frankie Love
Colton is tired of the fakeness in LA, so on his way to a movie set in the mountains, he stops at a Bed & breakfast. Expecting to just stay one night and move on he wasn't expecting to meet the women of his dreams. Laila has had some trouble in the past barely escaping but now shes coowner with her best friend and is content with her life then comes Colton and his handsome self. These two both have secrets but getting lost in each other seems better.
I love this story, every girl wants to find herself a movie star mountain man falling in love with her and that's what we get in this story but with action.

Frankie's Mountain Men are my sweet addiction. I was so flippin excited to get my hands on this book! Homeward is about Laila and Colton, and the love they find on the mountain. It's very much instalove, and even though she fights it, all the awesome men around the area convince Colton that at least around there, it totally makes sense to go all in on someone you just met. These two both have secrets, and there are some shocking and intense moments.
Also, there is some crossover from a different set of mountain people- if you are a long time reader of her books, you will be so happy! I can't get enough of Miracle Mountain and all the happiness and babies. She could write a million of these and I would read them all.

Good story but needs better eye on time line
How is it possible that Laila is pregnant with four babies for 13 months or longer? Did anyone else notice that little detail? Isn't it normal for multiples to be born before a single pregnancy? Better research is needed. I liked the rest of the story.

In this story Laila is co-owner of a B & B in the so-called Miracle Mountain. They say once you come to Miracle Mountain, you never leave. Well that certainly seems true.
Laila has been dealt a tough life and the B & B is her escape. Her fresh start. Afraid of men she has chosen to put her efforts into the B & B with her bestie and savior Virginia. But all that changes the night that Cole Mills shows up at the B & B. Instant attraction between Laila and Cole has them hot and heavy. She never knew that it could be like that. But Laila finds he has not been truthful about who he is. Who is this stranger?
I really like Frankie's books, but I did not like how this one started off. I loved the book story line and all, but the beginning felt hurried, missing the build up. Once I got past the first couple chapters I began to enjoy the story a bit more. Frankie Love is known for her wonderfully hot insta-love stories and this one is no different.
These characters are so hot, they burn up those pages. I liked the edginess of the story and how it had a bit danger mixed in it. It made for an interesting and exciting read. With it being book 8 in the series, you would think you would feel a bit lost. But that is not the case at all. I am sure it would be wonderful to learn more about the previous characters love stories, but it is not necessary. This story could be read as a standalone.
If you are looking for a quick read with some hot steamy action, then this book is right up your alley. Instant Love at it's best, Frankie has brought together another two lost souls for an ending of happiness.

This book has all the feels of an insta love, HEA book. I smiled through a lot of it that introduced Colton to the men of Miracle Mountain who showed no surprise at his story of Laila and his feelings for her. The men of past Miracle Mountain books knew it could and did happen. When you know, you know ;)

What can I say about Frankie's mountain men apart from I love them. Be it from Miracle mountain to Linesworth. In this story we have Colton, an actor wanting piece and quiet, trying to stay one step ahead of Rozzy and her brother. With Laila, the broken girl who was rescued from a biker gang and now runs a B & B with her friend/sister Virginia. Laila meets Colt at the B&B and sleeps with him but has deep regrets and tells him to go. After meeting her friends they share a night together again but she again tells him to go and this time he does. Whilst making Luke’s story, the brother of Maggie who runs the 3 sister’s bakery in Linesworth, Colton wants to see her again but goes back to LA. Laila finds out who he is and with some news goes to find him at his house where she runs into Rozzy. Things don’t look good and time is running out for Colton to save Laila from the two maniacs. Will Colton come to the rescue? Or will he be to late? Will there be a HEA? A great story and I can’t wait for the next.

Although I happen to love Frankie Love this wasn’t my favourite book in this series.
Laila is rebuilding her life after a traumatic experience when she meets the handsome Cole. Something clicks between them straight away and although Laila feels more than she thought she ever could she’s not willing to give them a chance and pushes him away.
Cole really called Colton is escaping his mad Hollywood life as one of the most sought after stars around. Driving wherever he wants under is assumed identity he comes across the B & B that Laila runs with her best friend. One look he’s done he knows she is his other half. Before he can show her he wants more she pushes him away and eventually he gives up. That is until he realises she’s worth fighting for. But there is only one problem he never told her who he really is! Can Laila forgive his deception or had he ruined the best thing to ever happen to him?
Fun, quick and sexy story with the right amount of suspense and drama.

Miracle Mountain is back ladies, and hold on to your pants because it's one hell of a ride. We meet Laila again and some people that we love. Frankie also brings in the Linesworth town and dips into your heart even further. Colton is taking a break from the real world, in search of what he really wants. Laila has been broken and used her entire life, so it's too good to be true when a man treats her the way she deserves. Their story is a rocky road, filled with secrets, stalkers, and so many babies. Frankie doesn't disappoint with this fast paced love story. It captivated me from the beginning and I already cant wait for more.

OMG!!!! I'm back to Miracle Mountain!!!!!! I "cannot" get off this mountain, and frankly I don't want to! You cannot help but fall in love with these characters, Colton & Laila, nor can you help falling for all the families up there. No joke, I truly want to go there and meet one of those sexy as hell, hot hunky mountain men, but since I can't I rely on the super talented Frankie Love to take me there. This story of hot actor falling in love with a broken B&B owner is super sweet with a twist of being in the wrong place at the wrong time had me scram in at my kindle, but I had faith in Frankie to "ALWAYS" give me my HEA !

Finding a true home 🏡
Okay, this was was a bit too fast and hurried. Everything happen too fast. First they meet and already having sex, specially when Laila is recovering from all the abuse she went through, then Colton, a movies star trying to get away from his stardom and all of the sudden his in love and want to settle down. I love this series, but I think it's stretching a bit to much now. This story wasn't as believable as the first ones and it just crazy with how many babies their having. I dont know but I don't feel it like at the beginning, they are sexy and naughty, but, the stories are a bit over the top. None the less I do like these series a lot.

Frankie Love did it again! She wrote another OUTSTANDING romance that had sweet surprises, decadent seduction, steamy interludes with some freaking awesome characters!
The moment I seen this book hit my device, I was on it like flies on rice! It was beautifully sweet, and OFF THE FREAKING CHARTS HOOOOOOT! Like a fire in the heart and soul HOT. It was EVERYTHING I come to know and love and expect from a book by Frankie Love. Its PERFECTION and I can't wait for the next release!

Wow I have read all of Frankie Loves Mountain Man books. I absolutely love all of the couples on Miracle Mountain but I think Laila and Colt are my favorite. Two people that were both broken in very different ways by the world are healed by the perfectly imperfect love for each other.... and of course there are babies!!! All the books in the series are stand alone however you are better off starting with book 1 as there are several overlapping characters and each book is a different couple. Definitely a 5 star read for me.

Another wonderful story in the Mountain Man's Babies series. A different departure from the standard mountain man story. Colton isn't from the mountain, but he plays one on the big screen. His character bridges the books of the mountain man's babies and the mountain men of linesworth. Which I thought was a nice treat for us who have read the previous books.
But you still don't need to have read any of the previous books to enjoy Colton and Laila's insta love story.
The timeline was off in the epilogue, but otherwise an enjoyable read.

Movie stars that is. Frankie Love's stories make me smile & feel all warm & fuzzy along with hot under the collar.
Colton & Laila are wonderful characters. Laila is cautious. She's been hurt badly in the past. Colton is a hunky movie star looking to leave all the BS of the business & a place that feels like 'home'.
They find what they need in each other but Laila thinks it's too good to be true & turns Colt away. Twice.
Thankfully he doesn't give up until they get their HEA.

I love Miracle Mountain and I wish I could live there myself. This series is one of my favourites but il admit a few of them are not the best. This one was decent but I wanted more and expected more substance from the storyline. And if Laila was 5 months pregnant in epilogue when the got married then epilogue 2 she goes in to Labour 8 months later isn't that 13 months..... mmm

Once again Frankie Love brings us back to Miracle Mountain, to introduce a wonderfully heartwarming couple of Laila and Colton. This story had just enough twists and turns to lock the reader in from the opening pages. I just love to come back to this happy place filled with hot men, great sex and babies, babies, and more babies.

We have another romance blooming on Miracle Mountain! Colton is a sexy mountain man who has fallen in deep with Laila. She has had her fair share of failed relationships and doesn't want to risk her heart again. But love has a way of working its magic, and through trouble and danger, they find each other and have that instalove HEA. Great quickie read, with an explosive romance!

This book was a nice twist to the series. Colton comes from a very fancy and lime lite way of life. So it nice to see how he takes to Miracle Mountain. Laila's character also comes across really nicely. There isn't much in the previous books to compare her to, so can't really talk much about her character's development in the series.

I just love visiting Miracle Mountain! It’s like going home at this point! I don’t think I could have picked out anyone better for Laila. She definitely deserves and needs the most spectacular happily ever after and Colton is totally the man to give it to her. Love this story!

I love that as this series progresses, the characters meet more organically. At first, their meet cutes were a little ridiculous (in a good way haha) but in this book, they meet because Layla works at the hotel he's staying at. I also liked that Colton was an actor; I love a good celebrity romance. The conflict of this book was entertaining.

When it comes to insta-love stories Frankie Love knows how to write them. This is the 8th book in the Mountain Man's Babies series and it is a return to Miracle Mountain where Laila get's her happily ever after which is long overdue for the life she has led. I enjoyed the crossover between Miracle Mountain and the Mountain Men of Linesworth. These are short stories with an insta-love theme so everything happens fast. This time around I didn't feel like I got a chance to know Colton as much as the other mountain men, but still a quick fun read none the less.

Homeward: The Mountain Man's Babies Book 8 is a perfect addition to this series. Colton Miller & Laila Adams are the latest addition to Miracle Mountain. A few of the supporting character's crossover from previous novellas in the series which I love seeing them again. Colton & Laila are on a jagged trail with hidden identities, secret babies, and a few stalkers. A sweet & sappy love tale with twists to keep you captivated.

I love The Mountain Man Series and this is no different. A man that doesn't come from Miracle Mountain, but certainly belongs there, finds our sweet, traumatized Laila and there's so much healing, love, and steam! Plus, all those sweet babies!!! Such a fun, quick read!
