In August 1963, 5000 copies of the book were printed. By 2008, more than 1,000,000 copies had been printed.

A very good book, amazing how David considered a lot of the stuff I think is common sense marketing advice (that does not well known or well-actioned advice.)

I'm sure he pioneered a lot of it.

This audiobook was a short and concise listen, already listened to it twice, super good.
