3.5 is my overall rating. Great start to a great series. Once i adapted to the flow of the graphic novel, i was able to sit back and enjoy the story. I have read all 3 books in the written series and looked forward in reading the graphic novel. Took off a half point because of the graphic art. I've become so spoiled with other graphic novels, I could help wonder how much better the story would take with better art. Looking forward to reading the rest in the series and can't wait to see how the graphic novel compares to the written word.
