As Satou continues to build his harem of princesses the poor boy's troubles seem to grow as he tries to fight against his social awkwardness even to be intimate with the one girl he truly cares for. Of course with the power of the rings Satou will have to learn to connect with each of the princesses to be able to access the might of each of the elemental (and light) rings. Now for those that have not seen any of the books in this series I am going to tell you although I really enjoy the artwork and the ordinary main character who is dragged into the conflict of another world there is an element of extreme lewdness where the women are often drawn accentuating to make them sexually appealing so if that bothers you I would understand even if Satou does not give in to any of them save for when he tries to be intimate with Hime whom he has loved for years.

Now with only one ring princess to find the group is off to the long lost city of the dwarves, Idanokan, for any chance to find the last princess so they can stand against the Abyss King who has been gaining strength where he has been sealed away. To avoid spoilers bad things happen, the last princess is found (what a surprise right), and our heroes return to hopefully put an end to the Abyss King who now seems to have the power to summon greater beasts after the black rings found in previous volumes disappear and find their way to his hand. Now I have a theory about how the Abyss king was sealed the first time but I will keep it to myself as I look forward to the eventual end of the series. :)

They got the last ring in this volume. The entire volume was in short about that. The build up at the end is to them beating the "Abyss King". Hopefully that will happen in volume 6.
