This is one book where i would highly recommend you read the prologue. It's a bit lengthy but worth every moment spent reading it. I have coloured this book 📖 red & black & that's what I least expected from this book!
It's a marvelous book, again by author @priyakumar7272 Her writing style is simple with no pompous vocabulary which you have to guess the meaning of or need to Google & the narrative so fluent & effortless, like she's sitting infront of you & having a conversation with you. I find her writing very honest & humble & the intention very positive & helpful. It actually gets through.
She says for being a good writer, you need to be a great reader. Read, read and read, as much as you can. Her own story of her discovering her true calling is so inspiring & relatable.
I have never thought about writing a book myself, someday but i do get told by my well-wishers to start writing my thoughts. Since I am a reader & i love telling stories, this thought may have crossed their mind. But that's exactly what Priya Ma'am says in this book. Immerse yourself in reading, even better if in a particular genre, to start with your book oneday. To be honest, this book is followed diligently can truly help you write your manuscript & speed up the process. You don't necessarily need years to write one book.
Her own story, references, real life examples & experience makes the read very exciting & helpful. She doesn't miss even a minuscule amount of detail. Right from taking a pen & paper to your language skills, to the storyline, sleep as a monster, organising your writing, backing up your soft copy, to publishing, she caters to each subject in a very realistic manner.
This book is also helpful for anyone struggling with their calling, journaling, emotions, infact anything. It is a very good self help, inspiring, motivational read. Do give it a go. Also it's a quick read because the momentum of the narrative, keeps you on your toes, grasping for more.
