Jeff couples his strategic approach to amplifying your value as an IT leader with examples of real experiences. Although taking IT within a business from a silo model to shared services (and even profit generating) can take years, this book shows it can be done. I especially liked the idea of creating core principals within the IT organization that are tied back to the company's core principals. Great read for anyone in IT looking to lead or be more effective in their leadership.
