This book is a MOOD. Michael teams up a song with each piece he writes and fits the mood perfectly, in sections of poetry. Each and every last one is amazing. A great concept, a great read.

Blah….
I didn’t like that R Kelly’s song was in here and maybe the author put it in before he was accused and convicted of his crimes and abuse against women … but he could of updated it as a new edition and removed it … not cool ..
Most of the song choices sucked some where okay.

I liked the idea of the writer putting their song inspiration in with the poems, it was a nice little touch to it!
Really disliked how the writer also put in R.Kelly, that did make it hard to read the rest of the book..

Interesting way for poetry! I was intrigued but I don’t think I’d read it if it were a genre.
