This was one part amazing and one part personal to those that may have crossed paths with Christopher Freemantle.
The first half are his observations on Attention and why it is one of the keys to our own personal and spiritual evolution. This was rich and the reason why the book took me so long because I would read a page or two and have excellent material to ponder.
The second half were letters and personal correspondence. Whereas I appreciated these and there were many great nuggets within, sometimes letters like these feel like they are only meant for or will only make sense to those that they are addressed.
I would not recommend this unless you are familiar with GI Gurdjieff and the Fourth Way. If you are, the first half is worth the price of admission and you may find material in the letters as well.
