Better Than Your Ex 2: Young and Stony
Young is not a man who gives himself freely. The streets taught him to trust no one, and that love was the downfall of every man, so when he opened up to Stony, it was not something that anyone expected. Young fell fast and hard in a way that left him vulnerable. Unfortunately, that was the worst mistake he ever made.
When he finds out that the Dorrian family, Stony included, had singlehandedly destroyed his heart and his career, he shuts everyone out. At this point, his only option is to put himself first.
Stony had lived her life by her family's expectations and under their control until she met Young. WOWZA!!! O. M. G.!!! This was the bomb💣💣💣💣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This truly deserved more than 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.... It was truly a wonderful series to read where there was the exact amount of romance, jealousy, envy, thug, gangster, boss man, alpha, love, and family in it. I just wish there was more interaction with Young's mother and for us to have at least met Papa's mom, but it was still good. Stony was everything for Young as he was for her and it was beautiful to see how, from early on he knew what he wanted and went for it. Stony was getting on my nerves at the beginning, showing us a side of spoiled, rich, brat kid/woman that she was, but she quickly learned to grow up or missed out on a chance of a lifetime with Young. Meanwhile, Ashlynn was just too advanced or grown for my own good and Papa was able to tame her down and back off a little. Very nice to see the changes and the evolution of these couples.
Khamani, mani truly think you got off too easy. I mean karma was just too nice to you while Dallas as well got off easy. But it's all good.... Bravo, bravo, bravo...
Now I must address one last issue, MS. Mills, please, please, and please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 can you have someone proof read the books prior or something. I have been binge reading your books for the past week or so and if I can say anything is my ratings are ll over the place where some as been giving just because of the grammatical errors and run on sentences and switching up names and what not, so please try and see if something could be done please...

LOVED THE BOOKS

I was so disappointed. There were so many typos it was ridiculous. I’m not sure if it was already printed or was rushed when it printed but it was bad. Then it was literally missing like 12-16 pages. Just when the plot was getting good on pg 88 it skipped to 95! Then it happened again in the early hundreds.
Regardless of all that I did like the story. We follow multiple perspectives Stony, Young, Papa, Ashlynn, and Mani. It was hard to follow at times but it synced well together. Quite the lengthy story. I believe both book 1 & 2 were combined in the edition I read. It was over 400 pages long.
Lots of thug love and drama from the upper elites in Atlanta. Very entertaining!

Young and Papa
This was hands down one of the best series I have ever read. I could legit feel the love between Young and Stoney. Papa and Ash had a bomb relationship too. I like how they had no real drama in their relationship aside from Ash being insecure at times. I think that made the story more relatable. Not every relationship is perfect and not all relationships are horrible. There are good times and bad times. I was seriously looking for the story to keep going. I could read about them all day.

Awesome Ending!
I'm glad everyone got their happy ending including Amani. I'm glad Young and Papa displayed unconditional love to the women in their lives and showed the girls how much they mean to them. I love the way Young constantly reminded Stony how beautiful and important she is to him and the same for Papa and Ash. Young and Papa love and affection were shown when they put the girls before a lot of things and with their constant protection. Love the love. Great Read! ReneeG 👍

I'm so glad that Stony not Ash got their happy ever after , both women deserve it. I'm happy Papa that I've it again without being him that so Smooth was definitely a blessing in disguise . I'm happy Stony got to tag Melinda disrespectful behind and Mani got what she deserved too but I would love to what Towers reaction will be when you find out he got a baby and Harper is playing Daddy😂😂😂😂😂 Great job K.C !!!!

I loved me some Young
This finale gave me everything that I needed! Young is definitely that man. I was so pumped to see Stony boss up on her parents! I was like yesss when she let Melinda have it! I was afraid for a minute that she wasn’t going to do anything! I was so happy Young did what he did! It showed he truly loved her! I couldn’t get enough of this series! I can’t wait to see what’s up next!

Good read
This finale was awesome. I was glad that is was not a lot of killing. Papa knew how to make people understand that his words were better than action. Even though Stony controlling parents had to except her choices, Young was not going to let her be unhappy. Ash might have had the finer things growing up. Papa was a major catch to keep her in the life she knew. Waiting on the next book from this awesome author!!

Aawwww!!
What can I say, I like KCM books..although this was different on the characters job, but he still had it in him. Stony and Young were cute. She got on my nerves fighting him though. Papa and Ash banter was cute as well. Even when you’re not looking for it, there is someone for everyone!! PS...KCM, can we stop making these women crazy and not able to let go..I mean it’s ok to be in your feelings but all this back hand shit is getting old!!’

Real Men
Im glad that Young stood up to Stoney’s Dad. Her parents were dead wrong for handling the situation the way that they did. Stony is an adult and they tried to treat her like a child. I love how Preston & Young appreciated the real women they had, which caused them to change their ways! I knew Stony would be pregnant soon! I wish Harper would have Left Mani for the WHORE she really was though 😩

Book worm
K.C. I really enjoyed the series. I was excited that Young and Stony was able to get passed everything that her parents caused in their relationship and remain together even the mess that Mani and Melinda tried to pull. I also enjoyed the relationship between Preston and Ash especially after what her ex man and his baby momma caused for her.

The audacity of Stony’s parents and they were calling it love, Dallas was scum and just money hungry. Ash her and Papa complimented each other very well. Mani was just fame hungry she was willing to do anything. Now Young he was so rough and street but the way he goes hard for Stony, you knew not to mess with her.

Very nice
This series is lit. I love how all of my babies came out on top. I’m glad stony parents came around cause if it wasn’t for young to tell her to reach out again to them it wouldn’t be what it is. Harper is coming along as long as he stay in his lane. But I’m so proud that u put ur foot again in another book. Therefore keep doing what ur doing and don’t change nothing.

Forever love
Aww so sad to see two of my favorite couples go. Hopefully we can see cameo of them in other series. Ash and Papa’s relationship was so unique the sassy mouth spoiled girl with the laid back hood dude. Same for Stony and Young. Their love had some obstacles but they came out on top. So happy for each couple and their happy endings.

This was such a great series. I loved how Young and Papa didn’t play about their ladies. It was good to read that they weren’t cheating but treating their women right. Thank goodness Stony parents came to their senses. Once again KC Mills drops a 🔥 series. Can’t wait to read more.

Slow Moving
I’m a true fan of KC Mills, however, this second installment of Young and Stony was boring. Papa was my favorite character, followed by Ashlyn. Young’s and Stoney’s storyline could have been wrapped up in book 1. Not every couple needs a sequel, and definitely not these two.

this book was truly amazing I loved every minute of it.. Definitely a page turner and I fell in love with all the characters... It was the perfect ending to the series and I enjoyed reading it...it's definitely one of those series you can read over and over again.

Good finale
There were a few typos here and there, but I love the way everything turned out for Young, Stony, Ash and Papa. They all got what they wanted and had been fighting for.
