This book is filled with passages from the writings of ancient philosophers giving advice on personal issues and relationships, work life, and more. Divided into four sections, each represents a season. Winter contains passages about coping, handling changing moods, and staying active. Spring features forgiveness, positive reinforcement, and the future. Summer provides advice on environmental and physical stresses. And Fall focuses on dealing with life changes, shifts in fortune, and death.
I enjoyed the content of this book, and how the author brought together the words of several ancient philosophers. Some passages resonated with me more than others, but the different prospectives of multiple philosophers allows each reader to find what speaks to them personally and apply those words of advice to their own life.

thought it was great, but the questions each week were not always very related to the topic of that week
