I know this is a very specialized subject. But the Nazi educational system to this day is not well known. After the war the allies knew nothing about it and did not even include it on the questionnaires. This book is about the best source material out there, because it interviewed the witnesses the former students who went to those schools and gives a lot of information. They are pretty much all dead now so it’s an important resource for future studies of the topic. In my own book about my fathers time in an elite Nazi educational system and being a boy soldier on the Eastern front i used a lot of material from this book. It’s also out of print and hard to come by.
