Very insightful!

I liked how this booked stepped away from what I’ve been reading in fitness mags which After reading this book is geared more towards meatheads and not the natural trainee. The workout and diet seem pretty straightforward and all that’s missing is me implementing it. I feel that real results will be seen after I start incorporating this routine and remaining consistent.
