Very quick read! I’ve been eating sardines but was great to realize the great nutritional benefits. Also, I never thought about eating them any other way than plain! I am excited about all the recipes! I eat mostly carnivore with some fermented vegetables along with intermittent fasting. Thank you for this quick read along with great recipes!
