Great book for thinkers who face heart disease

A friend told me I should get a cardiac calcium scan. So I did and was shocked to get a number of 1247. After reviewing more than a dozen books on Amazon I chose this one, and boy was I glad I got this one. While it gives access to all of the studies where are you can satisfy your technical curiosity, the chapters are short, pithy, and the book overall is extremely well done. I now have the framework I need to find a cardiologist who can actually help, and to change my own diet and lifestyle. Well done.
