I can't really complain because I picked this up for cheap as a digital copy but the book is a lot of very, very similar recipes that were mostly just the crepe with some including recipes for fillings and the nutrition facts, which I was excited for at first, didn't really match up with what was going into many recipes or was not divided over the correct number of servings based on the directions.

I was also a bit concerned that the recipes used two types of measurement systems.

The recipes I tried were easy to follow and tasted fine, but there was this weird feeling the whole time I was flipping through and trying stuff that many of these were just lifted from elsewhere without any proper edits for cohesion. I could be wrong there, but that's the feeling I got.

Lots of Recipes

Unique recipes from sweet to savory, and it's not all on the filling variety but also for the base crepe recipe also. I'm impressed! I wish there were more pictures, and labels on the pictures, because I love looking at pictures of food (Judge me all you want, I own that). Aside from that, the instructions are clear, the format is well done, and there is a table of contents. Would buy from BookSumo Press again.

Gran variedad de recetas para crear tu crêpe ideal (en inglés). Posiblemente a los más tradicionales muchas de las ideas les parezcan una barbaridad. Deseando empezar a probar algunas de las ideas, como la "crepe cake" 🤩 . Además, incluye información nutricional al final de cada receta. This book reads like a random selection of recipes found online with the word crêpe in them. Some are probably delicious, some might not be. The fact that the recipes jump from imperial measurements to metric measurements makes me think this was not a cohesive book created by one or two editors who have made these recipes.

A lot of recipes for crepes.. but most were just the same over and over.. some recipes indicated some sort of filling but the filling part wasn't being included.. just ok as far as I was concerned
