There is more than one author on Goodreads with the name Christopher Wright.
Christopher Wright is the author of dozens of horror fiction books for children and young adults. He writes under the pseudonyms Johnathan Rand and Christopher Knight. Almost all of Wright's books (save American Chillers) take place in his home state of Michigan.
This was a fantastic little read, and for someone who doesn’t delve into the fantasy genre nearly as much as they should, I was pleasantly surprised. Baring some editing issues throughout, Christopher’s entry into the literary world is very promising. From the moment the plot took off in Charlotte, I was intrigued by Black and his band of merry abnormals. This read to me like a James Bond spy thriller, with an endlessly unraveling plot that keeps you hooked throughout. I feel like the next chapter in this saga will continue to show the evolution of the author’s writing and I am very excited to partake in that event.
