Capableism is a universal idea for living life and wish to everyone to experience it - so you should read the book :)

Everybody must have a daily desire to increase their capabilities.
Make growing your capabilities the daily focus of your life!
Look to stack your individual capabilities together in certain ways (ex: capability to think about your thoughts and combine with capability of asking great questions.)
Ask yourself " WHEN I'M MOST SUCCESSFUL, WHAT HAVE I DONE? WHAT WAS THE PROCESS?" This will help discover 5-6 things you always do when successful and become your building blocks to stack everytime you want to achieve success!
Focus on your FUTURE capabilities!

This books helps answer the question, "What am I made to do?"
I enjoy trying to find the answer to that question. I disagree that "capableism" makes sense of everything.
