Some useful stuff in here but a few contradictory bits (especially in the ‘discipline’ chapter — but tbf I have never been a believer in extrinsic rewards / ‘consequences’) and I found myself thinking “citation needed” a lot. I did like the idea of setting 15 minutes aside (although that seems more like a bare minimum for extra-busy parents than an optimal time) just to bond and play.
